  • Hi Everyone!
    Today's video is a continuation of my UCAT crash course! It's been a while since I've posted a video about it, but here it is. I'll soon finish this off with videos about abstract reasoning and situational judgement.

    I found some shortcuts for memory:
    P = M+ (I think of it as P for Plus)
    M = M- (M for Minus)
    C = MRC (C for Call)
    Other than that X = Square root

      did this work for you in the exam on the keyboard? would be so helpful as I hate having to use the mouse to click on the calculator

      @@sofiaa1945 Yes, but I panicked a bit once I actually started so get plenty of practice using it so you don't need to consciously think about it, as it will just disappear from your mind!

    Does anyone have QR tips for someone who can’t actually do high school maths, especially quickly?

    This is so helpful! I came across something when I was practising, when i got a really big number an E appears on the left but I can’t add any other numbers to it, I can only clear it. Do you know why this happens?

    • @EmilEddy
      @EmilEddy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      This would probably be because the number you've arrived at is too big for the calculator to display. To avoid this, try simplifying the numbers in the calculation in your head - e.g use 100 instead of 100,000 and add the three 0s after you've done your calculation :)

    Won't u loose marks in skipping questions?

    • @abdsherbz7493
      @abdsherbz7493 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      You skip questions in order to come back to them later because they are too time-consuming. You can go back to them by flagging them
