Tom where you been!?!? I seen you comment on a craftsman video and thought wtf where is he at!?!? I have a rangers belt that was made in the USA sold by duluth. Nothing beats USA made leather goods.

Hey happy birthday! More than anything, thanks for coming back with a review a year later. These days you can't count on the online reviews, but you too is pretty solid. But it's pretty hard to be unhappy with a product straight out of the box. I personally don't buy things until I see follow up reviews so I really appreciate it, thank you

We need you. Hell, I need you. I'm a mess without you. I miss you so damn much. I miss being with you, I miss being near you. I miss your laugh. I miss your scent; I miss your musk. When this all gets sorted out, I think you and me should get an apartment together.

A good quality belt is often one of those important tools that get overlooked. It’ll last a decade or longe rand well worth the price tag. I personally use a Magpul brand belt and its the only one I use👍. BTW happy late Birthday Tom🥳

Japanese tools are priced lower because they don't offer American style warranties. But Japanese ratchets are completely rebuild able with all the parts being sold directly from the manufacturer.
Bison belts are also made in the USA, and I bought two of them from REI.

JIS screwdrivers are almost impossible to find. They DO work better. You can use the old belt as a strop to hone blades. Happy Birthday!

I haven't perfected mine but I stapled it to a board and applied polishing compound. It works well but I have too much else going on to explore it. Try it out and see what you think.

My belt is nowhere near as elegant as yours, but it gets quite a bit of attention. I suffer from no acetol so I need a pretty stout belt. I actually use a piece of full hide line belt I recovered off of a lathe from the early 1800s. It took a while to get it supple again, but it must be a quarter inch thick! I'm sure it will last several lifetimes. Despite acres of oil, there are greasy thumbprints that will never ever come out
