    How To Make Your Own Flatbread Or Wrap Bread At Home
    What a beautiful world we live in where we get to EAT. WOW! Blows my mind sometimes.
    This Flatbread Or Wrap Bread simple recipe and is great in the winter months for soups as well as in the summer months for a dip platter. Flatbread to me is a little Mmmmmm basic and easy to make. So here is a weeee ism I think you can all make. I used spelt flour, not GF flour, If you wanted to use GF flour I think you might have to not knead it as much and roll it out carefully so it does not break. But for sure cook it the same way. Have fun.

    𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
    200 grams White Spelt Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Boiling Water
    1 Tbsp #LOVE
    𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗
    Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon.
    Transfer to a floured surface and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
    Preheat a pan on high.
    Roll out the dough and divide it into 4 pieces.
    Roll out each piece and cook as shown in the video.

    Cooking time: 5 mins
    Serves: 2

    In England I can buy Italian Piadina in the supermarket. Just flour, water, salt and olive oil. No additives. I’m 70 years old. I plan to make my own soon. Thanks for the video.

    Scrumptious 😇😋😋😋The Best flat bread recipe ,I’ve ever tried....the whole family just loves it....I’ve also tried the sweet version with nut butter ,bananas and dark chocolate (80%+) a real treat with warmed honey, desiccated coconut with chopped walnuts....hmmmm.A Million Thanks for sharing this recipe with us🙏👏👏👏👏👏👌🏽😇

    The gluten free four flour mix would work with that recipe - a lentil Dahl would work as a binder.

    Love this. I am from the middle east but came to Australia when I was 10 yrs old. Our bread is soo cheap & made fresh daily. However I live in a small country town so I cannot get it. Would love the quantities you used. Thanks love your videos. Hope to meet you in Bali

    How different is this from naan?

      Compared to a traditional naan recipe, this doesn't have sugar, yogurt and yeast.
