I really like everything about your videos. The exercises that you select, the music that helps us, the background against which you conduct the lesson and, of course, your mood, which sets the pace and gives us motivation! For me, you are the best coach! Thank you ! and special thanks for this video! for me it's perfect! there is both "warm up" and "stretching", it is really intense, the exercises are just "turbo", and the music... especially at the end, on the most difficult exercises.....     저 1년 넘게 매일 영상보며 운동하고 있어요. 제대로 식단을 안해서 근육량은 늘지않았지만 체지방은 많이 빠졌어요. 특히 늘 고민이었던 팔뚝, 허벅지 살이 많이 다듬어졌어요. 감사해요. 최고의 힐링 영상들입니다♡

    Excellent work. I love it. I have to modify it a bit because of my weight. But i am improving a lot from doing your toning tapes. I added free weighs to the weightless videos. Now, I am adding standing full body videos.

    Most standing workouts burn very few calories for me, this one managed burn about 170 total and 134 active, not bad at all!

    My mind is a mess and my skin is a wreck. Even while working out I was crying. Will things change when I lose weight? Who knows. I know no one cares about the issues, but I want to thank you for the great exercise Mizi. It makes me feel less bad about myself.
