I love your workouts ❤ They are effective and worth it, but whenever I do workouts. I suddenly get pain on my spine. Is this normal when you do workout after a long time and then you experience this kind of pain? BTW love doing your workout and also working out with you 😍❤❤️❤️

Legs are my huge problem. First of all, my legs are too wide relative to my body (Im kinda disproportionate lol), so when I gain weight they get super thick😣😣That's why legs workout important for me the most. Thank you for making them🥰

As for Next Workout: I'd still love a big long 45-60 minutes Intense, Cardio, Fat Burning, Kickboxing Workout: Which includes Jumping exercises, such as: jumping jacks, jump ropes, high knees running, butt kicks, jump squats, boxer moves - and lots of kicks, punches, jumps and body movement!🙏👏 🦶👊✊🦵🔥💦😅
