@@prashantsharma9750 Bhai Tata ki koi bhi petrol car dekho koi bhi 4cyl engine k sath nhi aati hai aur Nexon jo itna bikti hai usme turbocharger hai but 3 cyl engine ki life vse hi kam hoti hai upar se usme turbocharger daal to aur kam ho jayegi.
Bhai koi insaan aisa hota hai jo paise jama krke car leta hai ki us car ko zyada se zyada 10-12 saal tak chalaye (ye mai middle class k liye bol raha hu). But ye engine aise hote hi nhi ki itna saal tak chala sake to vo insaan ko maan lo 7-8 saal me gadi change krni padegi.
Aur Altroz aur i20 ko compare kro to same premium hatchbacks hain but price almost same hi hai.
Altroz me 3cyl engine hai but i20 me 4cyl. Ha but safety me no doubt Altroz acchi hai. But only safety dekh kar to car nahi le sakte na log aisi car lena zyada pasand krenge jiska engine reliable ho bhale hi vo 40-50 ki speed me bina rash driving krke chale.
Kyuki accidents mainly speeding aur bina concentration k gadi chalane se hote hain.
I hope Tata in future gives 4cyl engines in their cars because their 3cyl engines are too underpowered except Nexon.
Price issue...is major obstacle..

My Grand i10 has a 4 cylinder 1.2 litre petrol engine very powerful , silent, smooth drive with a constant mileage of 15 kmpl in city and highway both with ABS brakes very stable on highways and confident braking 4 people can easily do longdrives in it and 2nd row legspace very nice 👍😊 @MechanicalJugadu sir please make a video on grand i10 and reply also

Thank you for explaining so nicely. But I don't know the difference between a 3 cylinder turbo engine vs a 4 cylinder normal engine. What's the difference between them and which one is better? Can you plz explain it? 🙏
A 3 cyl Turbo engine can provide more air intake to the cylinders thanks to the turbo. So it can make more power compared to a 4 cyl NA engine. But this is not always necessary as a NA engine can be of a bigger displacement (CC). So a 1.6 NA engine can make about the same power as a 1.0-1.2 L turbo engine. But the turbo engine with less cylinder will be more efficient as the engine overall uses less fuel. Turbocharger basically replaces the need to increase the displacement of an engine to make it faster.

Main thing is turbcharging engine, with turbo we can now achive max power even in small engine. 4 labour and all concept not relevant to this. And now company achieves refined engine in various way. So 3cylinder engine is a better choice now.

Hello Sir , I have a query regarding my I20 which I want to ask.
The model of my I20 is 1.0 TGDI DCT Asta O (3 Cylinder Engine).
My Query: When I start my car in the morning left metal side of engine mounting of the car is vibrating and when I the open the doors they also vibrate and even after 5 minutes of engine on still vibration is there but when I accelerate the vibration is gone.
Also , when car is drove say 10-12 Kms and after driving when car at home and if I check for vibration then the vibration is still there in the same areas but again when accelerate the vibration goes.
Do you think it is normal or anything to worry about. My car is 1.5 years old.

Tata agar 4 cylinder karega to fuel consumption bahut jyada hoga kyonki inki gaadi ka weight 200 kg jyada hai superior body built 5 star ke liye.
200 kg ka matlab pehle hi ye 3-4 passengers extra loaded hain. So 3- cylinder with turbo is good choice.
The main issue Is that they don't know how to make engines. Heavier Suzukis also get good mileage. The main tech is reducing internal friction, vvt tuning for efficiency and dual injectors for better measured spray of fuel. The three cylinders of hyundai or even Citroën and suzuki is so much better
