    Hi, thank you the video. I notice that the silkpat is on the oven rack. Is that how you bake the macarons? Most other videos place the mat on a sheetpan. Thank you

    Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and DO not over mix or else your macarons will turn out hollow and cracked

    안녕하세요 오븐도 굉장히 중요한거 같은데 어떤 오븐 쓰시나요? 가정용 오븐인가요?아니면 상업용? 또 전기 일까요? 아님 가스? 일까요? 마카롱이 굉장히 예민한거 같아서 참 만들때 힘이 많이 드네요

      Making perfect macarons take time….went through lots of fails before got that technique right . Don’t give up

    I do not recommend this video because it is not very specific on what to do. Iusually gradually put the flour in and I also sift the flour 4 times! A macaron’s flour need to be fine and smooth, you could do it even better by putting it in a food processor which after you would just have to sift it 2 times. Mix the meringue until it fall of your spatula in a smooth flow or until can can write an 8 will it, the meringue will not immediately soak into the rest but slowly absorb
