I just completed this mod after work today. It was a little tricky at first but the flat head helped me get it done!

The video was helpful...Thanks. I wish you had shown how to put the bumper clips back in, especially the ones on the side by the rear quarter panel. There was very little finger room to manipulate the clips and get them in the holes.
