These guys are my go-to for back stretches, I’ve had back trouble since my late teens, I’m 34 now. The 3 main things to keep the back at bay. 1)Get suitable quality mattress. 2) Go a 20-30min walk daily. 3) Stretch and get out of bed like these guys. Good information and a good laugh 👍

I have been binge watching your Spondy Play List & learning so much the past 2-3 weeks since my diagnosis - watching all your Spondy videos and all your exercises. I already feel relief/progress + I am prepared to start PT with a physical therapist next week! Thank you for sharing all the learnings from your life journeys. Cheers!

I found this video a week or so ago, and have found it extremely helpful! I have arthritis in the sacroiliac joint, as well as a bulging disc and connective tissue disorder, and had been looking for stretches to do in the morning. Something to help with the stiffness, sore muscles, chronic pain that is especially bad in the mornings (it typically improves throughout the day). I've found that on the days where I do all of the stretches, my pain level is considerably lower than it is when I forget. For example, I forgot to go back and finish the stretches after walking it out this morning. Two hours later, I was in a lot of pain and had to come and finish them. The pain has now eased thanks to finishing the video and stretches. 😊 I've even been able to significantly lower my use of pain medication. 😀 This is definitely going to be part of my regular treatment of my pain/issues! I've never been any good at remembering to do physio, but the impact has been so huge that in some ways, I don't have a choice but to do the exercises in the morning! My body is keeping me accountable lol. Thanks to you both, it's made such a big difference already and it's only been a week since I started them! Can't recommend this video enough!

I don't know if this has been addressed or not ( in previous comments) but the stretches they have advised against have been included by them in multiple videos in the past for LBP and sciatica and herniated discs etc; as recent as 1-2 years ago when remote work was the norm and a lot of people were complaining about LBP. I understand that research and academic knowledge is constantly evolving but they should atleast address this and their changed stance at the beginning of their video- they say "these were the norm 50 years ago"; but then they also suggested these same exs 1-2 years ago!! A little clarity will be helpful.
