Writing down the ingredients to try tomorrow
Mutton 1 kg
Medium sized onion 2 thinly sliced
Shallots sliced equal to size of a medium onion
Tomatoes 2 mefium sized sliced
Green chillies 3 to 4 crushed
Ginger garlic crushed 1.5 tb sp
1 cardamom crushed
2 pinch fenugreek seeds
3 tb sp coconut oil
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves 2 tb sp chopped
Coriander powder 1 tb sp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tb spoon
Turmeric powder 0.5 tsp
Pepper powder 1.5 tsp
Garam masala 3/4 to 1 tsp
Fennel powder 0.5 tsp
Salt
Use only warm water
