Mutton (മട്ടൺ) - 1 kg
Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - ½+½ Tablespoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 1+2 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1+1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1+1 Teaspoon
Lime / Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) - ½ Tablespoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1+1 Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - ½ Cup (125 ml)
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 4 Tablespoons
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 35 Nos (200 gm)
Onion (സവോള) - 1 Nos (125 gm)
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1½ Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 8 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No (Small)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 3 Sprigs
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) - ¼ Cup (Chopped)
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെള്ളം) - 1 Cup (250 ml)
