We have almost the same mods, I’m on a Procharger with a 120MM pulley, Fore fuel system, E85, 1050’s, 10R80 but I have Long Tubes then the stock exhaust after that. Car made 770 / 544 / 7850rpm at Palm Beach Dyno.

It will be about a year before we have the encryption on the DH ECU. After that I plan to get on your schedule and drive down to your shop for the same install & tune!!!! I like how you can drive the car daily w/ESS and if my wife drives the car once in awhile she will not be blown away like a Whipple charger would do down low. It was great to see the difference between the dynos. 👍💪❤️😎🇺🇸✝️

Thank you sir. Well we did 133 on 93 in high DA. So mph should be around 138 or so now. But I think you are close to the et with the stock converter. Once we can 60’ good I expect to be in the 9’s or very close with a 120. But I’ll be pulled down when the converter goes in. We don’t need a cage 9.0 in the quarter now if we go by NHRA rules.

What boost pressure are you seeing on that car with the 120mm pulley? Will you be providing a breakdown that includes the boost pressure at 7200 RPM across all the pulley sizes you tested? Mostly out of curiosity because ESS on the site shows what the est PSI is for the gen 2 but leaves us at just the forums for what is seen on the Gen 3 and even that is not great.
Yes, I need to get a gauge on it to see. I can tell you that on 125 it is around 8-9 and 120 is 10-11 depending on how high you rev it. On a gen 3 also if you have headers you might see less but flow will still be the same.
Exactly a dyno is just a tuning tool. The numbers mean nothing and are irrelevant for performance, just back to back tuning. The track performance is the only numbers that mean anything. Anything negative from the different cam timing that yielded the horsepower gain? Drive ability or anything?

The tuner activates it for me on the non digital dash.
I have switched out to a digital dash which automatically has it.

Everything is good with the new cam timing. Gains all the way up on the graph and drive ability is great.

In the upper rpm it sees 10ish. Lower around 8-9
