Model can be done by simply importing the centre lines as dxf format from cad to staad. That will save so much time.

Then you have do it trough autocad that will also takes time ! You can try with autocad and please let me know how things goes !

You already had the centre lines there. no need to draw further. I have done that several time and everything was okay there.
