Hi, I found that some people could not find the concrete codes. It happened to me before and I wish it will help other people as well. It is under the grey coloured tab (on the left) Modelling -> Design -> Concrete. Under design tab will find there are steel, concrete, timber, aluminium and shear wall (from top to bottom order). The concrete tab just below the steel tab. Click concrete and you will be able to find codes related to concrete.
Hi sir this is chethan, actually what your teaching is very easy to understand it is more helpful to me thanks for that, but i have doubts in this class i.e design of multistorey building part-1 is actually what ur taking distance along X & z axis is node to node it is c/c distance of columns right but ur not taken like that
The dimension u have taken is 6x5 but we need to take center to center of the column
same steps I followed but it shows warning about floor/one-way loads/weights
Sir here in this video why without adding or describe the slab but still is showing the load in slab
Sir
How to find out no. Of bar and size and spacing for slab design in staad pro
its easy for understanding nice, why direction is taking +1 not -1 please confirm my doubt?
+ mean upward directino & - is downward, 1 mean 100% of load
sir how to convert steel design to concrete design for that I cannot find the required code IS-456.
hello Sir,
this is subho here , please upload a video related with Pile (pier) analysis with stiffness(sand) property
okay !
SIR STAIR CASE HO YA MIDDLE BEAM THEN ANY OTHER BEAM CREATERD BY WC AND BATH THEN HOW TO DESIGN
Hi Sir,
Thank you for amazing videos. Can you help me with designing of "Hidden beams" ?
What do you mean by hidden beams ?
Concealed Beam
Hlo sir, first of all thank u for these tutorial .I have a doubt when I perform the above design I see an error says," Unexpected command in load data" what to do
Sir i observed that the design results shows 12mm rebar on column and 20mm on beam main rebars. is that okay? what is your opinion on this.
im sorry, there is no 20mm, only 10mm on beam. my mistake lol
The dia of bar depend on the load of the section ! If the load is high then bar dia will be high !
how did you get the floor load 5.5 KN/M2??
Watch other tutorial on my channel !
shall i just follow the -16.5 you put?
Never !
Follow these tutorial and you will know how to calculate the loads !!

Hi
for dead load you choose self weight . then you choose dead loads of beams why is that while you already choose it?
thanks
wall is also a dead load ! thats why !
hello sir, when im designing structure, then after completion of whole process when i click on any beam or column it doesn't show concrete design, what could be possible error i am doing.
Send me the file sandi5793@gmail.com
Sir
In the other video of multistory building
U choose the floor load range from
Ground floor to top floor i.e from 0 to 6.6 m
Bt in this video
U have taken the range from foundation i.e from 2m to 19 m
Plz tell from where to cosider
Either from ground floor
Or
From foundation
Because in that case Y range of the G.F. is 0 & other case Y range of the G.F. is 2.
If you watch the tutorials carefully you will understand this !
Can u plz tell me where is the option to select the license code??
i don't understand your question !
I don't understand why loads ate added with respect to floor heights...am confused
floor load goes in the floors ! so you have to give the floor height for applying the loads ! for beams & column we select the particular beam for assign the load & for floors we give the floor height to assign the loads !
Why Y direction is positive +1m why it's not -1 M
