For anyone wondering why the egg at 2:03 did that, I believe it’s because it tried to go back to the last place where Brian was touching the floor, kinda like when you jump to someone who’s either on a wall or an Ink Rail. However, the exact spot was behind the basket, which was in the way and therefore collected it. Also, that bomb blowing up both containers at 11:49 genuinely surprised me.
I enjoy watching your videos, Brian! It seriously helps me take notes on optimal egg deliveries and overall being a better Salmon Run player! If only I could get good teammates. XD
Oh my, how much the emote in the thumbnail reminds me of the German football gamers in Qatar...except they're so bad they probably couldn't even get half of those Golden Eggs.
Good question! Optimally it should've been killed on the first aggro. Afterwards I kept it alive on purpose since we had eggs available to run, and I tried to use those to get the maw closer to basket in the meantime as there's no high priority on killing it until there are no eggs left (or if 3 maws are alive), and killing it quite literally on basket saves a lot of time. You can see me making a small curve around basket in an attempt to get it to stop there, but I left too soon
Perfect waves only apply to day waves (and some specific night waves) where there's a maximum amount of bosses that can spawn. For Mothership there's no clear perfect as you can technically keep killing chinooks to no end, theres only really a theoretical limit to optimizing that. Which this did start getting close to
There's a lot going on in this game, so anything more specific could help a lot at giving better tips. Although, if you're looking for more general advice there's a well written guide on the fundamentals in the description
@@BrianTheDrummer I will take a look thank you! and also maybe specifically more in Big Run I always come 1-2 eggs from top 5% and I want that badge lol. But if there is anything you could tell me that would help me out in big run that would be amazing! if not that's fine I will eventually get it!
For general advice on Big Run there's a few things that come to mind. One thing I recommend is to prioritize killing over luring. In general luring won't work well in Freelance especially, and more often what stops teams from acquiring eggs is being unable to survive or move in a battlefield rather than not actually having eggs present. Obviously you don't wanna kill everything on sight, but rotating around the map and looking for potential threats is important. Second is adapting. Especially if you play freelance (although this applies to squads too) everyone has their own idea of how to play out the shift. Quite often trying to enforce your own upon others slows down yourself and your teammate(s). So be open to adjust to whatever strategies or positions your teammates take, and don't limit yourself to weapon roles too much. Sometimes you gotta do stuff you weapon isn't best at to help speed up your team

Oh my, that final egg throw in the first wave was wocky lol
What?
I've never seen a Cohozuna fall so fast
Brian you are a saint and a prophet for that description after today’s patch notes.
I SHOULD'VE DONE THIS AGES AGO AAAAAAAA
1:54 That was the best thing I've seen in this game I've seen in a while lmao
cohozuna barely had a chance to breathe
These are the type of people I generally fear if I were to come in contact with them in an online battle
The skil is too amazing for me to see as well
If max hazard overfishing was easy for them, Imagine this
> please don't make us restart at 40 every new rotation
Wish granted!
02:05 OMG
I was like “Is Brian okay?” and then that happens LOL
Subscribed for the insane 94 eggs in one round, holy carp
13:12 the music was playing for brian not the cohozuna
Which wave type is flat out the most lucrative in terms of potential Golden eggs? (If not just one, then top 3)
Mudmouths for sure. The amount of eggs you can just constantly spawn and deposit, especially given the right comp and snatchers, is insane
@@BrianTheDrummer Huh, I actually was wondering if it was Mudmouths.
By the right comp you mean Explosher (or Grizz Slosher) right?

LMAO "...brian" "this is not eggstra work"

You guys are amazing!
you guys are insane!!!!!1
At 7:48, why did Maws get to live that long? Was it just for ink management since bombs are expensive and the fact that Maws isnt a major threat?
Good question! Optimally it should've been killed on the first aggro. 234?? and i thought my 192 was high, nice job
What is your friend code? I want to play with you
How did you get your discord overlay like that?
It's the standard Discord Streamkit Overlay but applying this into your Custom CSS in your OBS/Streamlabs settings, really cool: pastebin.com/CDbvw5UG
Thank you!
9:53 the mothership got an egg so does it make it not a perfect run then?

@@BrianTheDrummer yeah that makes sense now, thanks
Do have any tips for getting better at Salmon Run?
