  • In this video you'll find a series of exercises that will shape your legs, make them lean, strong and ready for those summer dresses.
    For an athlete, the power generated from the legs is essential in order to jump, spring, fast reaction and endurance.
    Training the lower part of your body you will build strong knees, hips and ankle joints which reduces the risk of injury.
    Let’s not forget everyday life and tasks we do like going up and down the stairs, running for the bus or walking around town; these exercises will increase your stability, your balance and develop your overall body movements to keep you ready for anything coming your way .
    Legs exercises also help with the blood flow therefore circulation of fluids stagnant in your lower body. You legs will automatically feel lighter and relieved, your body will thank you and your mind will feel happy and ready for more!

    Alessia!! Don’t listen to the haters. I’ve been doing all of your workouts since January and I’ve gotten so much stronger in my hips, back and my legs are super lean not bulky at all. Please continue to be your quirky adorable self and sharing with us these amazing workouts. I absolutely love the challenge. Because of your extension workout I can do an extension without holding onto my leg anymore. I couldn’t even do that as a teenager. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise in a way that’s easy to follow. Xoxo!

    Thank you so much for these exercises! I have lupus and cannot do any high impact workouts… these have helped me stay active with out the pain! I used to do ballet as a child into my late teens… (I’m 40 now😬)takes me back to all those dance class vibes! Love it! 🥰Thank you 😊

    Been doing your workouts for about 2 months now and absolutely love them❤️I’d given up on my legs. I have arthritis and tore my MCL 2 years ago. Thanks to you and your routines my legs are stronger than ever and they are becoming much leaner. I can never thank you enough!!

    that mixed media weather happened once as i recall in Chicago. it was also in the spring. luckily it waa just that,not a tornado given the atmospheric instability. Weather still transitioning

    of course we won't bulk up- It isn't in our biology for most women. Lovely stretch & strengthener as always- I have been using your vids for the last 1 1/2 yrs. I often share to my Ashford Fitness Society page on FB- Last 4/28 my mother died- quick n' slick- every day is a struggle- Teaching my fitness classes and working out with your vids is a godsend- stay blessed- all my thanks xo

    Great job. I like your workouts because they're short, as appetizers😂 I pick up one-2 exercises for tummy, arms, 2 for legs and so one, and make my own routine. Each one of us is different, so we.listen to our body & use our brain and common sense. Thank you for these free videos.

    Works the linea alba(ab crack) nicely too! see it everyone right down the middle of her tummy?You,Alessia,are genetically blessed with that. Whether we have a 2,4,6,8,and yes,the rare 10-pack is genes as well. Therz a very simple at home self- test fot this if anyone wants to know. Once we determine this,we can stop comparing ourselves to others and work w/what God gifted us!

    FANTASTIC! I had a dance teacher who had us do this kind of floor work when our feet were sore when first doing point. We would add this too warm up once or twice a week. It eased up our taped and bleeding feet a little longer before class. 😚

      I feel people spread this information. And while no you won’t get hulk bulky if you are short as in my case, and easily get leg muscle it is easy to look bulky so it’s important to choose your workout wisely

    ve never tried Pilates. I'm very fit doing HIIT workouts with weights but I feel my legs aren't toning up or getting lean. I always thought u needed weights when working legs. A trainer said avoid squats and lunges. Would Pilates be better?? My cardio is more kickboxing now

    Hey there!
    I love your foot workout, an earlier vid, and am doing it regularly though rising up and down on that book is kind of hard! The jacket cover came off! So I would suggest not being silly like me and anybody doing that challenge please use a book with no dust jacket *laughs*

      You can use steps as well, I just don't have staircase in my apartment therefore i had to find an alternative :D

    Dear Alessia,
    I wanted to ask you, is this workout for bum as well?? I workout every day (30 minutes a day) and I am interested in legs and bum more than the upper body since I sit all day long because of my work..Do you believe I should add a bum-targeted workout as well??

      Devi dire tu al tuo corpo quello che deve fare, il piede a banana si corregge solo se pensi esattamente a ciò che fa il tuo piede ogni volta che si muove. :)
