Thank you for the permission not to have a "perfect" first position. My teacher when I was younger was a former Radio City Music Hall dancer/Rockette and forced the ever widening of first despite pain. I'm 33 now and still have problems not forcing my feet wider when they can't get there.
Be constant and patient! I had it too and now is almost gone thanks to Alessia's workouts and a helpful tip is massages, give that zone a daily massage and you will see the difference very soon! :)

That is fat. Sorry, it just is. Fix your diet and work out regularly and don't forget a good amount of rest too.
