    When we started doing her TH-cam we never thought we be please to improve our point work, but this TH-cam really helps ours. Alex has converted us.

    one of my favorites- challenging yet gentle- wonderful- all - from the instruction, to the moves & music- Happy, healthy new year to you & yours x 6/26 back for more;))xx ps. It helps if you have arches:))))))) I started ballet at age 3 for fallen arches- never helped;):(

    Thank you for the permission not to have a "perfect" first position. My teacher when I was younger was a former Radio City Music Hall dancer/Rockette and forced the ever widening of first despite pain. I'm 33 now and still have problems not forcing my feet wider when they can't get there.

      That is fat. Sorry, it just is. Fix your diet and work out regularly and don't forget a good amount of rest too.

      Be constant and patient! I had it too and now is almost gone thanks to Alessia's workouts and a helpful tip is massages, give that zone a daily massage and you will see the difference very soon! :)
