if its the same as the 59 divine the volume and tone are designed to work together or independently.Just turn dial out of the little connection and seperate,hard to explain but clever and works great.
To prevent the tone knob from moving with the volume knobs, just pull the plastic tone knob up the shaft a little. The knobs are installed too close together, that's all. It worked on my 59M NOS+. Good review.
