I was diagnosed with two simultaneous breast cancers ( both estrogen positive, one HER2 positive) last year and did chemo had double mastectomy and in October had my ovaries removed. I take letrozole daily and am still getting Herceptin every three weeks until February. As brutal as chemotherapy and the mastectomy were the estrogen blockade was worse. I had no idea how bad the menopause side effects were going to be and it is a daily battle. My joints ache, insomnia, zero sex drive, intrusive dark thoughts, and round the clock hot flashes have truly made me look back at chemo like it was the easier part of this treatment because I knew it would end. I exercise daily and take a very serious approach to my nutrition. I try to have a positive mindset and am grateful for everyone in my life. I consider myself lucky but it is a daily battle.

I have the exact same side affects 3 years later 😢 I did have radiotherapy too but the menopause symptoms were ruining my life! 1 and 1/2 years of using patches and I now need to get a full hysterectomy as they keep making my uterus react very badly. It’s been a process and still going though it … but I’ll get there and so will you 💜🤗

You may relay this information to your oncologist. They can change your AI. I haven’t started my AI yet but I’ve already made it clear I won’t live with bad side effects from the AI and I’ll take my chances without it.

I had simultaneous chemo with radiation. I was done 6 months ago... STILL I AM EXHAUSTED!!! When does that end? Or have I just become lazy? I also have some mild (thankfully) neuropathy in toes and fingers. I know that won't go away by itself so I am following some of your suggestions. I also just started in home PT and OT. Mainly because I had Pulmonary Fibrosis BEFORE Lung Cancer. But after radiation concurrent with the Chemo it has thrust my PF into HIGH GEAR. I am now oxygen dependent. Making it VERY difficult to move at all. There are days when I honestly feel it would be better for me to choose Hospice and let nature take its course. But oncologist says I am nowhere near there. Maybe not according to my Stage 3B NACLC, but probably am to PF! I just feel like the struggle is no longer worth it.

I have had the worst chest and back pain/tightness/compression plus annoying headaches since starting chemo over 2 months ago from the AC combo and I still have 12 taxol sessions that remain. I pray everyday that these awful symptoms I’m experiencing are not forever. The pain is unbearable some days and I’m desperate to feel “normal” again….

My white blood cells remained low due to lupus but now I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Completed surgery and may have to do chemo. I am concerned about having to do chemo when my white blood cells are already so low

Every video she makes vague statements without revealing any tips, it's so she can sell her program for THOUSANDS of dollars. In her own words she said, "Give me 3 weeks.... "and over $3,000".
It's really despicable how some people profit from other people's sorrow

Do you seriously expect her to give free consultations and work at a supermarket at night to feed her family? Actually, she shared everything important already: lots of protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, daily walks and strength training. And staying well hydrated, of course.

But to charge for her program 3k on the backs of people that suffer that sound about right to you?
