Thank you so much dear. I have been struggling with diet problems for last 1 year. Majorly m facing issue with fiber food getting stuck in colon. Also food don’t stay in my smaller intestine (no larger intestine). So I need to eat frequently. I was a foody and now crave for food but now with limitations

I live out of my big steel wok. If it was possible to overdose on vegetables, I would be a goner. My chicken soup is actually more like a veggie stew. Great video! Thanks.

Henna is chemical free. Make sure it's organic, and nothing added.

My daughter has insulin resistance. The amount of heath professionals that tell her to eat every vegetable and every fruit thought she has sensory and autism so food has been a huge struggle. Hense the resistance. But I kept feeling some were going to be worse for her , is that correct??

I ate mostly meat and candy. Even nausea medicine didn't make it better, just not vomit.

Hi Dr Amy, I am newly diagnosed with early stage breast cancer. I have been binge watching your videos. I haven't had my surgery yet. The most scary part is the Tamoxifen. Can I still enjoy salad with kale, spinach and other veggies with vitamin K without these foods increasing my risk for a blood clot? Thanks for all uou helpful information 🥰

Glad to have you here. Yes of course you can still eat these foods without risk of blood clot. Even if on blood thinning meds, you just need to be consistent with your intake

We are questioning the focus on veggies and that includes fruits. Fiber is mostly complex sugars. Some digestible and other not. In every case, I examined nutritional facts on Google. I found meats contain everything and the human body can manufacture vitamins as well. Fruits and vegetables are nutritional zeros. One would need to consume pounds of carrots just to get vitamin A RDA. So why do you push veggies and fruits? Why not push fats and protein? By the way, regularity works just fine on both keto and carnivore diets. At age 76, I am proof. Can you respond?

Hi Dr. Amy. I love your videos. You have mentioned in the past being able to drink small amounts of alcohol. Can the same be said for having deli meats once in awhile?

@@freedomjam3670 you're totally right, take as much time as you need. I was totally traumatized and couldn't even talk about it for a very long time. I still get triggered if I'm in a sensitive mood. But it'll change with time, you'll be able to talk about it 😊
