Yes, there IS one food that will dispose of cancer, and quickly. Bitter Raw APRICOT SEEDS. I'm batting a thousand with this one. Everyone I had eat them was stage 4 and every one of them recovered and remained cancer-free. The Amygdalyn molecule in the seeds contains cyanide, but only cancer cells can absorb it and self-poison due to the enzyme Beta Glucosidase, which normal body cells LACK.
Others: Baking Soda and Lemon Juice (or Apple Cider Vinegar) mixed in water, Baking Soda with Honey/Molasses/Maple Syrup, dissolved in warm water, Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, to oxygenate the body (cancer is an anaerobic disease).
Ketogenic Diet also will starve cancer, as it needs sugar to survive/grow. Fasting is another way to jumpstart the cancer destruction process and then follow it with Ketogenic Diet when eating is resumed.
Cancer is about rebalancing the body to its normal state. When you do that, presto, goodbye cancer!! Recovering from cancer is easy.
Chemo is mustard gas and is medical murder.

Dr. Amy can u do a vid on grass fed butter. I'm vegan, but I am having a hard time with not including butter. For instance if I steam some veg I want to put some butter on it. Is this going to lead me to complete & utter ruination? I had evo on my veggies today & I hated it. I want butter.

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. In 2018 it advanced to stage 4. Then in 2019 I began taking dandelion root supplements and in 2 months, the tumors all over my body disappeared. I have an appointment to see my doctor in less than an hour to go over my test results to see if the cancer has returned. Wish me luck.

My aunt was diagnosed with advanced stage of cancer. She went to the Philippines for treatment. In addition to what this doctor says to eat, my aunt said that you need to flush out and feed all of the cells of your body with absolutely clean water.
How did they tell my aunt to do this?
    She used a water distiller.
The water produced from a water distiller is completely pure. My aunt went from stage 3 cancer to completely cured in 3 1/2 months.
Every cell in your body uses water and the garbage water the population is forced to drink is laced with 1000's of chemicals and drugs governments refuse to even test for because doing so would expose the huge lie of....we are polluting our bodies with poison everytime with drink a liquid with a water base to it.
The doctors who treated her in the Philippines told her sugary drinks like colas of any sort were especially bad for the human body. It was like pouring gasoline on a fire to try to put it out.
When she came back home she told everyone she knew to buy a water distiller and use it exclusively for your water. She told us to sprinkle a little Himilayan salt into the water we drink from the distiller because it puts back the minerals that were stripped from the process of distillation.
That was 25 years ago. My aunt is now approaching 90 years old and has been cancer free ever since her trip to the Philippines.
When I first bought a water distiller it was very expensive but now you can buy one for under $200
I think spending $200 to be cancer free is the best investment anyone could make in their life.

I had a positive cologuard test which suggests colon cancer. Then after my colonoscopy my doctor said she could see colon cancer in the exam. She said even without the biopsy under the microscope she could tell it was cancer, but wait for confirmation from pathology results. I had to wait three days thinking I had colon cancer. My husband and I both prayed to god for him to remove any cancer. When the pathology results came back they were negative, and that it wasn’t cancer just an ulcer! Praise be to God

It is so frustrating that this is only accepted by a few Doctors that are open to it and more importantly that no one will fund research for it to get it accepted but if we cured it just think of the all the money that would be lost from drugs and treatments if we found a proven way to reduce and/or eliminate naturally?

    I’m from Japan.(My English sucks)
In my country, we are taught to try eat more than 14 types of food in a day.Little amount but many variations is what you should aim at.(Some say goal is 30 types in a day)
    14 types are these↓
    •Grain
    •Beans(bean based)
    •Seafood
    •Meat(ground animal)
    •Dairy(milk cheese yogurt butter…etc)
    •Egg
    •Sea weed
    •Fungus(mushrooms)
    •Potatoes
    •Green/Yellow veggie
    •Other veggies (light colored veggie)
    •Oil/ Fat
    •Your favorite(like alcohol,chocolate…etc anything)
    It’s quite a tough goal.
Over all I think it says don’t eat plenty of same things.

I think the huge factors in Japanese diet are seafood which contains iodine and green tea which can inhibit glutamine. Cancer feeds on glucose and glutamine. I think there’s something about ginger and wasabi too. Plus miso.

One thing I want to add to my comment.
My mother (already passed away ) used to tell me,
it’s not that hard to reach the 14type of food in a day goal
if you have a family( but it is exhausting to do it every day)
And her menu advice was like :
      As a Side dish ,
Plain warmed Tofu with toppings like
2-3 pieces of fungus, small pieces of asparagus, ginger,
green onion and some ground beef with thickened sauce.
That does clear , beans, green veggie, fungus , animal meat
already for 1 side dish right?
Also when I look around other countries food culture, I found out Mexican seems to have great balance.
Things like Salsa sauce, with Tacos, meat burritos with chili beans kind of menu covers plenty variety of foods doesn’t it? Especially Salsa has a variety tiny bits of veggies in it right?

Thank you for your important tips. My beloved hubby died of colon cancer. I just want to share that I took such great care of my hubby--but for Colon Cancer patients--it is not advisable to have so much fiber in their body as the intestines are not able to digest fiber in their intestines. It then leads to the clogging of his system and made it difficult for him to dispose it (bowel system). Cancer to me is a personal disease which affects individuals uniquely.
For myself I am in full agreement to your suggestions and know the value of the food/vege/fruits suggested. But some cancer patients *COLON cancer patient for example must be more cautious with hard to digest food or food which requires more work for the stomach to digest food.
Just sharing. Thank you for this wonderful video.

I took Tomoxofin after breast cancer. I had some unpleasant side effects from Tomoxofin and saw a debate between two oncologists on whether or not it was a good idea. So I abandoned it. I've been cancer free for 23 years and like to think it's because I eat a lot of the foods Dr. Amy recommends and jog lightly in the woods with my dogs for at least half hour a day. Yes, I'm an unhealthy weight and would love to lose it but just don't seem to be able to stick to a diet. I was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2015 but after seeing my oncologist recently she discovered an increase in my white blood levels. I now plan to try fasting & incorporating some of the food suggestions listed. Thank you.🙏🏽

Thank you Dr Amy, so straightforward. When one has taken an interest in nutrition for a long, long time, your advice given here is about about as common sense as saying don't smoke. But there's one other group of people who should eat these foods - those who have never had cancer and have a low risk for it - you very probably never will get it if you eat to prevent it. These 12 foods ARE my diet - the way i see it, why the heck would i go out of my way to deliberately eat the foods that are know to encourage cancer? PS before your video here there was an ad for a keto diet, saying sweet potatoes are bad for you. Honestly, there are different schools of thought on nutrition - some are the truth, some are just lies. I've never had any interest in keto or paleo diets from the day i first heard about them. Your advice is the truth, and i understand the science is conclusive. When i hear alternative views, i always ask, who funded their research? Who would dare slander the humble sweet potato, God's gift to humanity? Along with the 12 foods in your video. Thanks again.

Regarding garlic, I personnally love it and feel great whenever I have it, but I watched a 1 hour documentary about garlic 1-2 years ago, and something that was said in it is that the effects of garlic differ greatly from one individual to another. Some people can absorb sulfur and make use of it, while others can't or do so much less effectively, and some people lack sulfur to start with and therefore benefit (if they can absorb it) from eating garlic, while others already have optimal amounts through other sources and won't see effects from adding garlic into their diet. I thought that was interesting...

      I wonder about garlic greens?
I have 2 pots full of garlic greens, green onions ok, but garlic greens taste better.
