Bro, thank you so much!! No other content mentioned the command [...] wake_armed. Turns out, since I've changed my internet provider, the ethernet port driver was somehow added as being able to send signals to wake up my computer. So whenever I clicked manually on sleep, it would turn on a second later after sleeping.
Disabling it on the drivers power page resolved the problem. You are the best!

It says " Video Wake Lock " underneath \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files (x86) \Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe and it also says that underneath the Realtek High Definition Audio driver section

Finaly!!!! Thanks a lot! My problem was whit Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller.
Any of the given solution didnt work, as soon as I press the sleep button, the screen again switches on within a second...
It worked, I had mane Keyboards listed, I went to every one of them and unchecked the propriety
whether selecting ' run as administrator' option will create another problems ? how to revert to 'normal' that is not as an administrator

Damn it I can't believe it worked! I feared it was some hardware issue, like faulty PSU or motherboard... Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed and than disabled everything and my baby is finally asleep and so I can too..

Yeah! it fixed by an update, update windows its a bug
@@nafis7684 so this is how i fixed mine
1. Open settings
2. Go to personalisation
3. Choose LockScreen
If you have your personalised lock screen on SLIDE SHOW
then go down to advanced slideshow settings
Then UNCHECK " When my PC is inactive, show the lock screen instead of turning off the screen"
After that your PC will go to sleep with the time you have set it.
Try this and see if it works for you.
