Trying the first sip with all white clothing was a bold move! Glad you didn't appear to spill any on your clothes, that stuff would probably never wash out :D
Huh, I wonder how relevant scrubbing carrots is for pesticide exposure, since they grow inside the soil, so they couldn't have been sprayed with pesticide directly. Do you think the pesticide concentration in the soil is high enough to matter? Personally I'd wash unpeeled carrots very carefully too, but mostly because I've had the experience of getting sand in my teeth even if I thought I'd done a good job washing.
Kanji can be great for people with IBS! It’s a natural probiotic with good bacteria that support gut health, and fermentation pre-digests sugars, making it easier on the stomach. Plus, it’s rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and fiber, which can improve digestion, support immunity, and promote regular bowel movements :)

Amazing cure for blues, God Bless you! Greetings from Brazil
They both look like interesting drinks! I wouldn't have guessed salty from appearances, so that was unexpected.
P.S. Sorry about your breakup.
