    i made it. if somebody wanna try it, here are few things to note
    1. it was amazingly soft brittle kind.
    2. it was bit dry too
    so we may use half egg or few grams of butter more
    3.. never use salted butter, I did and with mangoes it tasted not so good
    4. u may use more sugar, because with 50 grams it was not so sweet.

    I tried this the day after video was uploaded, and the recipe was super easy to follow and the taste is out of the world delish. The mango was not over bearing and gave that very subtle teasing flavour and cake itself super super moist and melt in mouth.
    It's mango season in India and this is a must try.
    I did double the recipe, just simple addition doubling of all ingredients and the Indian me did add in a small pinch of powdered cardamon into the mix.. The aroma that filled up the home at the time was baking was heavenly. Highly recommended.
    Not the first recipe tried from this channel, won't be the last, this was the best :)

      Hi Christine,
      I tried this cake in 19×9×7cm baking tin(which is just 1cm longer than what's shown in the video), but the batter seemed to be too less for the ingredients mentioned. Needless to say the cake didnt rise as high and baked quite flat. What pan dimensions did you use at your end?
      Also all the mango chunks sank to the bottom. Surprisingly video doesn't have the same thing. Would you have any pointers?

    Me encantan sus recetas de panque yo ya hice algunas pero las hice con harina comun de todo uso pero en sus recetas dice harina para pastel y traté de hacer uno con harina preparada para pastel y toda la mescla se me derramó y no se porque. Se quedo el molde sin nada. Quisiera saber porque o cual es la harina que usted usa muchas gracias. Yo no entiendo su idioma ni el ingles pero me meto a gogle para que me tradusca al español porque me gustan mucho sus recetas. Pero las que eh echo las hago con harina todo uso.

      Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make,
      for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

    Hi Apron! If i bake my cake in Microwave Convection mode, won' t the cake burn from top after the keeping the cake for 40-50 mins at 170°C ??
    I would be grateful if you please answer this query as I would like to bake it tomorrow. Please. 🙏

      Hi,
      If you see too much browning on the top while the cake is still underdone inside, you could cover the top with aluminum foil and continue baking.
      This prevents overbrowning

    Hi, just tried to bake follwing all the requirements. I already add in the sugar and the eggs separately, when added in a bit by a bit, and each time beat for at least 1 min. (I asked many chefs around). Yet, never at the end I can get a very smooth mixture. Then when finished baking, the cake when cut open, you can tell the upper part might be ok, but the lower part might looks moist as uncooked properly. (Resulted fromButter and egg/ sugar not mixed well?- a common fault). By what means I can solve this issues? I tried many times still unsuccessful!

    Hi,
    I tried this cake with exact measurements of ingredients and tin dimensions 19×9×7cm, which is just one cm longer than the one used in the video. But the batter was too less for the tin and hence didnt rise as high as shown in the video. Moreover all the mango chunks sank to the base of the cake leaving it soggy and mushy.
    Could you plz help.

    今天按照你这个配方试做了这款蛋糕,不知道为什么,做出来的蛋糕特别湿软,切片时很容易就断裂,我烤了45分钟,烤好后用牙签插进蛋糕是没有面糊的,请问是哪里出了问题?我觉得这个配方的液体含量多了点,我用的还是不到50克的鸡蛋,成品都这样湿软,也许我应该再烤多5-10分钟吧?你觉得呢?
