But for the taste it's perfect... My question is how to make the colors separate like yours? And do I need to put more baking powder if it's not that's raised like your cake? Also if I didn't use mixer it's taht ok? Thanks

I try your recipe by using non stick pan... Is it affect the batter which unable to raise up as your size and my batter look more watery than your batter, is it Coz by beat too long??

I tried this cake and while making the batter I faced few issues with the bottommost layer - after melting the dark chocolate as soon as I added the coco powder it became quite hard and was difficult to mix with the batter. Also, the texture wasn't as dark as shown here, not sure if this is due to some lighting. For me the three separate layers didn't appear, everything got mixed up.
Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch

I do not know if this helps, but for a dark chocolate you need to use real Dutch Processed Cocoa.
