this 90 days mess is created by companies only .and they are only suffering... government should intervene and make a law to notice period can not be more than 30 days ...
Than you should work in 10k
One month notice period is more than enough, within that period hr or company didnt have enough capability knowledge or wisdom to find the right candidate for their position I think that's why they demand long notice period, but its not applicable when it came to fire its in immediate or maximum one month 🤣
Start giving applications to your member of parliament regarding 90 days notice this is the only way to tackle
@@raghavsridhar 🙄 did mp recruting the candidate? Mp cant do anything but sooner everyting will change.. 🙏
@@arunsasthry3143 if you raise your voice in company they will immediately find ways to fire you so it's better to submit applications to MP so that labour ministry would be involved
Reality is totally different , don't resign without offer in these harsh conditions, if they want immediate joiners then ask you yourself have 90 days but want immediate joiners
Just look at the number of applicants for each of the jobs posted in various portals. Please don't assume that market is good now. There are a lot of people who are still jobless. Many companies are simply posting just to fake that they are still growing.
True bro
This is true sir. They are just faking.
In this whole process the company which gives you opportunity even after knowing that your notice period is 3 months becomes stupid at the end.
Thanks for this informative video Anand 😊
Thank u sir I am already following this sir attending more interviews gives confidence also same question they will ask in other company
good positive news after long....Hope i get to apply more jobs and get more interview calls....
Finally he is talking positive 😅
Why we need multiple job rather than single job which is suitable for you😊
It's means to check whether you are getting calls based on your resume
It can be done in blr not in mumbai kolkata if you resign then search for job and thus reducing your notifice period. In worst case scenario if you do not get an intended new job, withdraw your resignation . Better do it after your variable compensation is doled out.
A week back joined new company
Having 90 days NP and countering 2 jobs offer
90 days notice period has created a deadlock in recruitment process. When companies dont think critically, they ended up creating such deadlocks...
Meanwhile me as a fresher , still searching from jobs , with only 4 months internship experience
Still no offers for me trying from 2023
90 day there policy in the companies that you cannot reduce the notice period. Reality is very different. Don't resign without offer in hand.
Good evening sir
Hi Sai
Company expects immediate joiners but when they leave 90days. Then how another immediate joiner will be there for the company.
That is the great Indian Human Resource Management.
What’s is the avg hike percentage ?…
I've already left the company, should I say that I've resigned or still working?
It's been 10 days?
I've like to join after 20-25 days (rest period)
If you already left the company then the relieving letter will have the dates. You need to stick to the dates.
As long you are competitive with tech skills and personal skillset you can lead as a warrior in IT industry.
Now everyone knows everything 😂😂😂
Hello sir, i have question..
Currently working as Java devloper at LTIM since 2021. I got an offer from TCS with 35% hike to my current CTC.
Is it better to resign in the current company and join TCS?
Never do that
TCS should be the worst option for growing minds and very good option for sucked minds.
Sir is 40 Lakhs for a 14 years Developer very High?
Can we start IT career after reaching 30?
Unless and until you will give your personal time completely. Bachelors are needed here we will f**k your minds and after 30 you will be sugarcane waste said by famous pride CEO of IT company.
Sorry but this video don't have required info
All these Info already posted by other youtubes
Ok sure. Thanks for your feedback
I recently had an interview with L&T Technology and when hiring manager asked me what's my notice period.
I replied the same "Officially it's 90 days however i can manage to bring it to early release with just 30 days NP"
Hiring manager response: come to the point straight what is your official notice period?
Me: 90 days
Hiring manager: Fine 😏
Interview feedback: Not shortlisted
Guys these tricks wont work in reality, honestly if the company & hiring manager desperately wants you no matter what they will hire you or just make excuses and keep rejecting your profile.
Thanks,
Nikhil
Employee at HCLTech
It's better u didn't join l&t tech.. because I am working in LTI mindtree company after the merger of mindtree and L&T the policies and job safety is not ensured. The policies are one of the worst which I hear from most L&T people.I am experiencing the same. They gave 0.2 percent of hike almost for a level 3 to 8 yrs experience guy..They just increased 800rs to 1500 rs to these grade level.Based on this u can think how we are feeling right now...
@nikhilrai7301
How is HCL , can we join for long term ?
He probably didn't wanted to hire you in first place just wasting your time with a lengthy interview process.
Happened with me too, went through multiple stages of interview, and in the end they said the best we could do is to give you unpaid internship.😅
How bro I am searching for a single job.your video seems fake
Each case is different. We see the world from our lenses Manish. It will be beneficial if we focus on why are we not getting calls or able to convert interviews into offers.
