This was filmed before getting the new tyres you saw in the previous vid, I had some dramas with music in this ep so it's not perfect unfortunately. MERRY CHRISTMAS, take it easy! 🎄🎅
One video over million showing a LC70 series working as it was intended to be. No fancy gadgets, no sexy makeup and airco when temperature is hitting 41 degrees, but just on Sundays. This is how a reliable donk works in the outback. All my respect from a city LC79 owner. Happy holidays to everyone.
Thanks mate, yep! They are definitely a bloody good work horse designed for this type of work. Even If they sold a LandCruiser with all the features of modern dual cabs, I wouldn't touch it personally. Merry Christmas 🎅
Your day to day work videos are great insight into station field work in the outback. I find it fascinating. Seeing the driving you did today, no wonder so many of these farm/station vehicles clock up high mileage. Great stuff mate. 👍
Great observational comment, we are talking about such vast distances rain hail or shine, and the work has got to be done no matter what to keep everything ticking along as problem free as possible. So many km's haha, and give me a LandCruiser over any other rig any day of the week for what I do. Thanks and Merry Christmas mate. 🎅
G'day mate! It's me again from the South African Bush... Your new rig is perfect for the application now that I've seen the loads you run. You will definitely see waaaaay more return on your investment and even waaaaay more enjoyment on your new truck than just about anything else in the world. Wish I could work there with the same setup at the mo'. Love the Bush life too much and trying everything to get back into it...
Good content mate, keep it up, we should come for a visit one day. The old man used to take us kids to his mate's Qld stations every school holidays. I did a stint on one of the Injune stations back in the 70s. That toughened me up! :)
Another cool video mate. It’s a great insight to see a little bit of what goes on at the station. The big 79 getting the job done 👌 I love mine (only 2 days old) 😊Have a great Christmas & New Years!!
Thanks for the content mate-throughly enjoying it. Funny what you say about the stock suspension-I have a company 2020 gxl dc and my private 2016 workmate sc, and both have ome suspension upgrades . With a bit of weight in the back I preferred the stock suspension ride 😂
3:54 lookin’ a bit sad, is quite the understatement. 😂😂😂 I’m thinking the people complaining about the rough ride haven’t outfit their Ute like you have. You have to put some payload on the back of the tray to make the suspension function properly.
Another great video mate. Love the ride along vid’s. Is this your property ? It’s a fair hike from Alice. Merry Xmas to you and your family mate. Looking forward to more videos
Hey mate, no it's fine. It's only a warning that sounds when your near the edge of the road, or line. You can adjust sensitivity to. But I usually turn it off via the steering wheel button. Easy as.
Hw u goin mate? Am Jaanaka from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. Mate is there a way I can get in touch with u directly? I would love to come to ur station. Pls let me know your contact details - a phone number or an email pls. Cheers.

Love the bonnet by the way! Reminds me of an old F250... proper 4x4 this!
Yeah I love the old school rugged boxy look of the Cruisers
Nice to hear that beast v8 idling

Good to see the working life and you got a lot of views as well 👍
Yeah cheers mate, and slowly getting there with the audience.

I don't know if am the only one, but that front end reminds me of a GQ, td42!!!! 😮
Yeah kinda hey, I really love the older look. 75 series design cues. 👌
Thank you for a great video again I love watching them. All the very best to you and your family for the New Year and keep these great videos coming
No problem mate thankyou, you to mate and there's plenty more to come.
Nice! I like all tthe tec stuff. Generators, pumps und watertanks, countrylife 😊. Best regards from germany Tobi
That's cool, thanks mate. Germany 🇩🇪 a long way from here! Awesome 👌
Good to see the new rig is working out in that heat I would have that air con. Going 24/7 enjoy
Yeah mate they love it, you get to soft if you sit in air con all day when it comes time to work haha
100% The air con is a once in a blue moon luxury. It's the reason people never get acclimatised.
Bloody oath mate! I actually don't mind the heat, coming out of winter you slowly acclimatise along with the gradually warming days. 👍
New cruiser and working out bush, living the dream mate 👍
Cheers mate, I love the bush and it is a good way to live.

Yeah mate, I do love these rigs and have since I was a kid. They do a good job out bush, i absolutely love it out in the sticks!
Good work!
First 🥇 from south Africa, love your channel mate
Awesome mate, all the way from South Africa! Thankyou 🙏
Also South African 🇿🇦🇿🇦. Great video. Thanks.
That mill has had better days….

Let us know if your ever up this way! Haha yeah mate can't be soft out here 😉🤣
Hey! I like your channel! Great videos. Glad the cattle have lots of water.
G'day! Thanks, they love when it rains 🌧

Yeah hell yeah mate. I love these vehicles. Plenty more to come! Thankyou, merry Xmas mate 🎅
Got some good looking calves there 👍
Yeah mate, freshies dropping left n right. Thanks
Great video, you’re living the dream 👍🏻
Thankyou mate, I do enjoy it.

Thankyou mate! Yeah that's interesting, I will upgrade once this suspension is tired I reckon, seems to be spot on for now.
3:54 lookin’ a bit sad, is quite the understatement. 😂😂😂

Haha, yeah mate she's going great in stock form.
Nice vid mate. I love this farm life. Do you run farm tours or camp facilities in your farm.
Thankyou, no unfortunately and haven't given it much thought, I would love to do something like this though 🤔
Awesome mate. How are the seats after a day at the wheel? Similar to the Hilux?
Honestly I feel they are getting better the more I drive it, I don't know if it's just me getting used to the seat, or if it's wearing in a little.
Why do you leave it idling when stationary?
Order some matte vinyl wrap in a clear if you don’t want the extra heat of black.
Okay good tip, that'll keep the sun at bay hey?
Cool video’s. How big is the farm and how many head of cattle do you run. Mint cruiser too👌
It's roughly 2000 square km, 3000 head of cattle. Thankyou mate 👍
good video mate, would you change the bullbar? if so what brand would you go with
ARB have always made good bars, have to wait and see what manufacturers come up with mate.
Another great video mate. Love the ride along vid’s. Is this your property ? It’s a fair hike from Alice. Merry Xmas to you and your family mate. Looking forward to more videos
My old man runs cattle here and I look after it, it is a fair way from Alice and I stay between the two, cheers mate! Merry Xmas 🎄
@@OutbackOffroadNT thanks mate. Enjoy the day
Hi mate. How do you find the lane departure assist? Is it annoying?
Hey mate, no it's fine. It's only a warning that sounds when your near the edge of the road, or line. You can adjust sensitivity to. But I usually turn it off via the steering wheel button. Easy as.
👌
👍
Don't know why Toyota put carpet in a work ute .
Because it's the GXL, if I could I would have opted for vinyl mate.
@@OutbackOffroadNT I guess you could rip the carpet out and put a vinyl floor covering in.
Definitely could mate, my 2008 had carpet and I managed to look after it well, it's pretty hard wearing stuff.
