I read or saw somewhere where this lady was stalking one of the officers after a relationship. This is the reason that they did not entertain her repeated request to file aanother report.

why not let her file an ex parte instead of assuming a person is unhinged- its not a waste of my tax dollars if she is given whats called Due-process of law, give it to people and you will have less bloodbaths at the courthouse- these fucn cops and judges deciding cases before they are even read is a violation of peoples rights to file grievances- resolve the fucn problem instead of attacking the victims for taking up your time and demanding you perform your duty owed to the public- this madness must stop and impeachments and accountability must be enforced NOW MAGA

Luckily it only takes a couple of filings like that for the State to issue them a vexatious litigant complaint, meaning that they are basically trespassed from the courthouse unless summoned and any further filings - even via mail - will result in Contempt charges.
You can't even come to the courthouse as a witness or party to a crime as a vexatious litigant - they would still have to issue you a summons to show up.
Most vexatious litigants are mentally unhinged, though. Like there is a part of their brain that believes that the process didn't resolve in their favor so they try again and again and again. Which is - quite literally - the psychological definition of Insanity (but not the legal one. She has to prove she literally doesn't know right from wrong due to mental illness) .
