As far as I'm concerned that policeman is everything a police officer should be. Direct, polite, strong enough to manhandle threats & drag you out to safety and also explains things clearly.
According to federal law if a Police officer orders you out of the car you DO have to obey that order even if your a passenger. However IF your a passenger you not have to ID unless your suspected of a crime!. In this case officers had a right to search due to the arrest and since they found an illegal substance they could claim reasonable suspicion to ask Id from all occupants.
If an officer asks you for ID whether you're a passenger or not or accused of anything you must give them ID and that's the problem with the juice box generation they're so coddled and so wimpy they think they can say I don't have to do that or I don't feel uncomfortable please check the law know exactly what it is you must obey the police officers when they pull you over whether you want to or not that includes drivers and all passengers

These girls are older enough to know better. This outright disrespect towards law enforcement officers can not be tolerated. Though adults, they are the product of their upbringing. This horrible attitude towards authority has been taught to thrm by their parents who must do better!
always on the phone
so many videos on youtube like that lol.
Seeing how unbothered that dog was, I have a feeling this lady throws tantrums pretty often.
As we can all see - her mom AND her sister are both enabling her horrible behavior. Do they expect her to magically become a polite, responsible person when they both teach her that she gets away with temper tantrums?
yes, 21yo is the new 9yo.
!
He is a nice officer
This officer was picture perfect. Super professional and capable. Respect.
Unmarked cop car pulled me over 3 days ago doing 80 in a 55mph zone. I was nice, polite, had my license ready, and got off with a warning. Why people think being rude to police is going to end well for them baffles me!!
Yeah
They say never to tell police anything without a lawyer but really? Just talk to them!
Absolutely 💯 💯 💯 💯
If you are old enough to have a license then you are old enough to be responsible to know whether or not you have a valid license.
What I like about this one is how quickly the officer decided he wasn't going to play her games. Usually there's a lot more asking nicely before they get hauled out
Arguing with a cop from the back of his car who is trying to help you dodge tow fees, and a felony after you acted like a child, threatened him, and used a racist remark is mind blowing. The entitlement people have nowadays is astounding
What a horrible young woman!
How to properly act when police pull you over or any interaction with police should be a MANDATORY class to pass high school.
My favorite part is when the cop says "You're under arrest" and the criminal is like "NO I'M NOT!" like they have a say in the matter. Cracks me up everytime.
Finally a cop who gives a nasty girl some consequences for having no insurance! You shouldn’t be on the road if you don’t have insurance. It’s reckless and ignorant.
I'm surprised the car isn't a Nissan Altima
close enough
Honda Civic
I like that the PB's had the least attitude and were the best behaved out of the bunch!
This new generation of people think everything can be talked out of...or say bro what are you doing for..or bro, seriously?....althwhile doing criminal behavior. Its so satisfying to see people who weren't raised right see that won't fly when it comes to police and the law
Yes ! Should be a lockable offense with that "bro" crap
@@titanjake8640 I'm Soooooo sick if that crap...that would make the officer seem as if they are equal...like a friend.. no he's a POLICE OFFICER.... but the lack of respect starts at home...
As soon as they say.. "I"m not stepping out of the vehicle" I make a fresh batch of popcorn and get ready for the show!
That cop is really nice. He assisted her every time she refused his orders.
Somewhere along the way of life, this person decided lying, being disrespectful, confrontational, adversarial, belligerent, resisting and obstructing, breaking the law, acting stupid and threatening a LEO with harm is the way to go. Unless a prosecutor fails to drop charges or a judges decides not to dismiss charges, as is the case most of the time, these lawbreakers continue to chip away at the moral and legal fabric of society.
Why not break the law since no one is held accountable?
“Im not under arrest!”
Cop: “Oh ok never mind you guys have a nice day.”
Gotta explain more clearly to these perps that they're not in charge.
I love this cops accent
And everyone except the entitled, spoiled, disrespectful brat lived happily ever after.
Thats a nice dog.
Too bad he has a TURD for an owner !
Sweet little Pit Bull. He didn’t even react to the cop pulling her out of the car.
Is there anyone under 21 who 1) is capable of dealing with authority, and 2) doesn't think that being recorded is a get-out-of-jail free card?
NO
Some of us are. When I was just learning to drive I was able to get out of a ticket for a traffic accident by co-operating with the police and fessing up to the fact that it was totally my fault. I even made a new friend that day -- the lady I hit!
@@HobbitJack1 Good for you, Jack!
Generation whatever.. this is what happens when there is no father in the house.
Or discipline at all! Period.
Generation George Floyd
100% no father in the house, hence her response to authority that isn't her mom.
OR the two Moms are democrats.
Looks like you know her family. I have no clue about her parents, education, home situation nor their history 🤷🏼♀️
I love no-nonsense officers.
He shouldn't give her the choice of a seatbelt.
Oh, for pity sake. I have seen this quite a while ago. Hasn't lost its luster though!
Driving an uninsured car should always mean jail time.
Those poor dogs
She knew that her damn license was suspended.
Her attitude tells us all we need to know.
Dog - “Someone pet me.”
In her mind:
“Ma’am, step out of the vehicle. “
“I don’t have to.”
“My bad. Have a nice day.”
I love it when people say “I am not getting arrested”….as they are getting arrested 🤦🏻♀️
They think they’re so smart by saying I don’t have my ID with me. How dumb! Your car tags tells them a lot.
At least the dogs where chill. They seen what she did, they didn’t want no smoke.
This really is why you have to tell your kids “no” and don’t reward tantrums with what they’re wanting.
21? That's is a well lived in face to be kicking off with entitlement.
Dog has its paws crossed for at least 7 days in jail.
In charge of a minor too.
Kids no longer fear the police. Every interaction is a bargain, a demand for a phone or to be recorded, a tantrum and a debacle.
I'm shocked that she thinks that being verbally abusive to an officer is going to turn out well. She did this to herself.
I'm amazed how some people in the US treats police officers so badly. If it were here in Brazil, these people would think twice before doing this.
"Record this!" Don't worry, it's already recorded so we can all laugh at it later.
I’ve seen this video before but it’s still a classic. This girl must’ve beamed down from a different planet if she thinks she’s not gonna have a hard life with this attitude.
I love when people explain their work to police officers...
Probably in the hospital she will explain to the doctor how he should do the operation...
I love that he was completely no nonsense
Sometimes I feel like I’m doing terribly in life… then I watch court/cop cam videos and I feel like things could 100% be worse
