Does anyone know how long it takes to notice
healing effects from Moringa.I have a bad case of myaligia in legs and lower body.Been taking it now for 32 days. But have not noticed any relief
yet.I am a younger 87 yr old male looking like
    65 they say,but I can't wait to go Jogging.
Any Similars out there?. I figure one day times my age 87..Would be 87days to get results that took that long to abuse my body.!

Boil a bunch of coriander leaves ( cilantro ) in two glasses of water and take it on empty stomach in the morning . This cleanses the kidneys .
If you want a tasty alternative then you can make a cilantro chutney with ginger , green chilli ,salt , small piece if jaggery and coconut , you cud add tamarind to this or squeeze a lemon to balance the taste . All these ingredients will help its easy digestion and absorption .

Its the best to have it in natural form, weekly once. Moringa derives from a Tamil word, murungai, meaning "twisted pod", alluding to the young fruit.

    • @mayajha1

Murna in in Hindi is turn... And anga is part. So mura anga so twisted pod.

Spell it backwards---Agnirom, you get Agni and Rom or Ram both indicators of fire. Two fires are created, one in the belly and one in the brain. THis tree cured my cancer, I take the dried powderred leaves every day. Incredible effects !!! It also Alkalizes the body

I'm glad you spoke to an actual indigenous practitioner about moringa. Sick of westerners talking about a plant that they've only just learned about. Indians have used moringa for thousands of years, they understand it better than anyone.

@@seabuckthorn6166 Westerners don't just "reiterate" information. They pretend like they came up with it, they culturally appropriate all the Indigenous wisdom, they erase the Indigenous people whose wisdom it is, and they make lots and lots of money in a capitalist business where they exploit everything about that wisdom. That means that Indigenous healing practices is bastardized, stolen, exploited, and ultimately removed from the Indigenous peoples it belongs to. So no, information cannot just "be reiterated".

if information cannot be reiterated, you might as well throw away any bit of information you've accumulated, any book you've read, any research and studies you have not experienced for yourself. take some moringa to reduce the inflammation in your brain.
