I'm Oneida Indian and my grandmother has used all natural medicine all her life. She's 110 and still taking care of herself with a sound mind and doesn't use glasses to read. I don't understand why people go to doctors like they do. Modern medicine uses a serpent to represent HEALING? Also it's called a practice cause that's what most Drs do they practice on people and charge huge amounts of money. Doctors should be used for emergency medicine. God put plants on the Earth to cure everything else. Society has been tricked into thinking they need Drs and that pharmaceutical drugs are better than what God has provided. Over the years people have lost the knowledge of healing with nature. Your a great teacher keep up the good work. Hopefully people will realize that natural medicine is the only way to heal your body. Your body wasn't designed to be pumped full of chemicals.

Very interesting. I live in Minnesota. My great grandmother was native American from western New York state. Many of her children lived to over 100 . My aunt recently passed at 103. They used lots of herbs as teas and such. Non of them used regular meds.

I learned about Moringa from another TH-cam channel. My husband has suffered from severe stenosis of his spine for years. It finally got so bad that he went to a neurosurgeon & was being scheduled for surgery. I ordered the Moringa powder & made up capsules for him. He takes about the equivalent of a teaspoon in 4 capsules per day. Within 10 days he started feeling better. He never did have back surgery. He says that he hasn't felt this good for years. The Moringa took away all of the inflammation that was causing his pain. It truly is a miracle plant !!! We have told many family & friends about it & have heard a lot of positive things.

I started taking morninga capsules, roughly a month ago. I ran out of BP meds, and have no insurance. I also am pre-diabetic and feel like my diabetes has arrived, but again, no insurance. I also have ulcers pop up periodically. I had heard moringa could help with all three of these.
It has! I don’t have high BP anymore, it has regulate my sugar levels (even over Christmas when I ate more sugar than I want to admit), and this is what sold me for good....
Last week, I could feel my stomach ulcer flaring up. And I can almost always feel the flare ups coming. I get so sick and rock back and forth from the pain. Well this night, I could feel that empty feeling, and the strong stomach pain arising. I ate half a banana (the mucous from a banana is good for ulcers) , took 4 moringa capsules before bed, and slept like a baby. It never did flare up.
I really, REALLY recommend this to everyone. I will say, I still have random bouts of depression, and I haven’t noticed it help ME much with that. But it’s only been a month. For me magnesium usually helps with depression and anxiety. But I’m healing myself with healthier non-pharmaceuticals. And that is a great thing!
Thanks for this video and all the information!

This is why universal health insurance is a bad thing. If people can "afford" it, they just go with pills, when, as God told Adam, everything we need is in the plants he made for us! We just got to figure out which plant heals which thing, and it seems like Moringa heals most everything!

I was suffering so bad with arthritis and joint pain. My skin was constantly breaking out and I am 70 years old. Moringa has completely cured the arthritis and joint pain. I had a spinal fusion a few years ago and have had so much pain in my spine and nerves going down my legs. It’s all gone. My skin looks renewed too and no more breakouts. I am totally amazed. Pointless Matter Hi, it is my understanding that chewing and swallowing a seed twice a week initially will lower blood pressure. The seed is on the inside of the shell and is white. It tastes sweet. I say twice a week because it is supposedly so effective that you want to be sure that you don’t lower your pressure too much.

I grew up knowing this tree as Malunggay which is the Filipino name for Moringa. I love eating the leaves cooked in soups. Look up chicken papaya soup, we add moringa leaves to the broth and it’s delicious as well as medicinal, stepping up the chicken soup game that’s for sure. I’m sure it would be good in other soups as well. I also like my moringa leaves cooked in a porridge with mung beans.
I’ve come across moringa at our local juicery where they cold press the leaves and add it to their pressed juice mixes that contain fruits and vegetables.
We have a tree of our own and they’re so easy to grow. We cut our tree recently because it was getting super tall and before we knew it new growth was sprouting up and it just exploded with new branches and leaves after cutting and trimming, we were amazed! I apologize for the long comment, I get excited about moringa. Thank you for this video. More people especially here in the US should know about this awesome tree!

Hello there! Found your channel by accident but happy I did! I'm a disabled US Navy Veteran living in the Philippines for 10 years now and studied agriculture here early on. Yes, many beneficial uses of Moringa, and we call it "Mulunggay" here. We have what is the largest Moringa tree I've ever seen in this country....in our back yard! I've taken many large cuttings and transplanted them here or gave them away. Another useful thing with the dry seeds is for water purification. This tree thrives in poor soil, so don't give it much fertilizer or water, it is very drought tolerant and sensitive to too much fertilizer. We use the leaves in many local dishes and cut the green pods in 6" lengths and boil in water with a little salt for a few minutes and then eat the seeds and pulp, very delicious! If left on the tree, the pods will eventually turn brown and split open dumping seeds everywhere! I was able to "smuggle" some seeds out of the country to my sister in Missouri, but I did have to fib a little as to the contents of the package! ;)

Freeman Wells. Thank you so much for the cooking info. I am planning to order seeds from Amazon and plant one in my back yard in Zone 10b in California.. How do you eat the seeds and pulp and avoid the rough skin? Do you scrape the pods with your teeth like an artichoke leaf?

I remember growing up with my cousins. We used to go far into the woods and spent hrs in the woods. We ate so much of the seeds of this tree because of the long hours we spent away from from and sometimes we were gone from morning till night and this was our go to food in the woods. The seeds have a slightly sweet taste with a slight bitter aftertaste but editable and pleasant. Now the powder not so much is very bitter and nasty tasting. This tree has over 100 health benefits from high blood pressure to constipation. Thanks for this video Christa!

It's amazing how I grew up in the Philippines eating moringa. It depends on which region of the PI is its called Malunggay or Kamunggay or Kalamunggay.
As kids we ran and play outside, fall and cut our knees, arms, head etc. Afraid to tell our parents we just wash ourselves and apply moringga leaves. To get the the juice/oil out, we rub the leaves between our hands and apply it directly to the wound. Voila next day wound is dry, healing never an infection.
Also the best (for me) way to eat moringa (leaves, flowers, even young fruit and seeds) is to mix it on clear chicken soup or broth with ginger. My mom boils the chicken with ginger onion tomatoes (green pepper if you want). As soon as chicken is booked and cooked or softened, turn off fire and put in the moringa. Let it steep for a couple of minutes, then bon apetit! You have a very healthy soup.

For a whole year I tried all sorts of home remedies to no avail. I decided to give moringa tea a try after seeing so many positive videos on it. I bought the tea leaves and steeped a cup a day. After just a month my trigger finger was completely gone. Amazing!. I felt so happy because i could use my hand normally again and play my guitar. Besides, I also noticed that it reduced my tummy fat & water retention and eased my enlarged prostate problem. I also feel I have better mental clarity and much less morning joint pain in my fingers. Btw I much prefer its taste as compared to green tea.

Here's how I do it......First year, I replant greenhouse raised seedlings outside about 2 weeks after last frost, let them explode during spring, summer, and fall. I then take about 10 times more cuttings than I can possibly use and root them in a hoop house to 'over winter'. A Moringa tree is actually pretty hard to kill here in Central CA. But plan on starting over each spring.....Hope this helps....~Eli.

My face stays very smooth and hydrated...the texture Is incredible it starts from inside out with moringa powder but the oil made wonderful changes in my skin! Research all you can there’s tons of information. Apparently, a 3 rd world farmer in the nineties rediscovered Moringa after cutting the only green limbs he could find and giving to his starving sick cattle. He noted not only did it help hunger but they got well. He contacted a university and they came and investigated. After some research they discovered the nutrient density was higher than anything known at that time. Still today it’s high then spirulina, chlorella, kale etc. it’s really amazing better than most multivitamins bc it’s food and not processed synthetics sourced. Your body absorbs more from foods and this one is amazing!

After the seed pods have been pressed, the leftover "cake" material can be used to filter and purify water. Hello, Thank you for your lively talk on this great tree the Lord has provided for mankind.
I understand from several other presenters, that the tree does not like much watering.
How the seeds purify water is my joy. When I think of those expensive commercial water purifiers, I can only say, God thought of everything.
    God bless you much, Ma'am.

I’ve grown these successfully. They sell the seeds on Amazon. They don’t like the cold. Just FYI. They were delicious. Please do research and you’ll be on your way to growing your own! 🌿🌿🌿🌿

Thank you for the information about them not liking the cold. I would like to grow one here in northern Indiana but since they don't do well in cold I'm doomed to purchase the product online. And before you say "sunny window", I don't have any of those in my house either.

I've been taking Moringa for a year and a half or so. I purchase powder online while I grow my first trees. I've had severe/chronic back pain for almost 30 years. So, for the record, I have a routine that includes Moringa, so my claim is not necessarily specific to moringa, but rather the combination of the following: at around 11am I start with about a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV), followed by about 3 teaspoons Moringa powder mixed in a cup of water. About an hour later I cold press juice of kale, spinach, carrots, and celery about 2 or 3 cups worth then around 2 or 3pm I eat my meal of the day usually chicken or a burger followed with a cup of Keifer. That's all. Simple paleo style diet, I've also heard it called intermittent fasting. This combination has changed my whole life. I truelly believe the moringa is responsible for the complete alleviation of backpain. This whole combination makes me feel like a teenager on cocaine. ACV, Moringa, real homemade juice, paleo diet, and Keifer to balance your gut bacteria allowing all those great nutrients to absorb into your body.

I've been taking moringa powder fo a month now. I feel great and energetic. The super + Is that 2 months ago I head a kidneystone of 30 mm blocking the connection between the kidney and the blather on the left side. I got a temporary bypass and hopefully operated in December. I do notice that I pee quite often with very small grains. Nov I have a prepare checkup for the operation. If the kidneystone is smaller then I can definitely say thanks to moringa as it's the only thing I'm using and no other medicine. I'll keep you posted. Be safe and have a blessed day. 🤗👋👋

I first knew this plant in 1978. My mother-in-law planted it at the backyard. She used the leaves to make omelet. Put the beans in her curry. Now in addition, I made Moringa leaves soup and fried the leaves in flour just like fritter or dumpling. You can mix Moringa powder in your smoothie or drinks.

The leaves are delicious cooked with lentils. Yes it does drop blood sugar when taken for a while. Just be aware about eating the seeds, just one or two. Otherwise you can get nauseous. It truly is a blessed plant.

Dear one, everything u say is true. Thank u for the great info.
I have been growing and eating moringa for some time now and just love it, as tea, in our salads and many other ways. My grandchildren call it 'the snacktree' and just go and get some when they feel like it.
    Truely a miracle tree.
Namaste. Love light and health to all.

I take it for chronic lower back and hip pain with sciatica. I can't take NSAIDs due to their side effects, but I can tolerate Moringa. After taking it for one month, my pain was virtually gone! I take 4 size zero caps twice a day. I can really tell if I miss a dose, though not so much now that I've been taking it for six months. I think it builds up in your system is why, so that its not so crucial if you miss a dose, but in the beginning if I missed a dose I'd be laid up for hours in pain.

I found Moringa several yrs ago and used it awhile. Recently started taking again and it lowered my blood pressure so much that I can only take about 1/4 tsp and I may have to lower again as bc if I fast at the same time I get dizzy from low blood pressure. I also helped a friend with probiotics then moringa and maqui berry. It helped her anemia (she had almost 20yrs) and was under medical care for it! Along with zinc copper and recovering her gut health it suppressed her candida and raised her RBC! Wow great video

I was so impressed with moringa after reading about it for a couple of months that I ordered seeds and started my own trees (now have about 30 healthy trees.) The leaves are fairly tasty and I will be adding them to my homemade greens powder (dried spinach, collard, broccoli leaves...etc...pulverized in the food processor) which I often add to soups & stews. A spoonful in a cup of broth is good for you when you are feeling ill.

Been harvesting from mine for quite a few years, very hardy and fast growing. Usually my other half allows it to grow about 15ft. then trim it back to around 3-4 ft., leaving some branches with leaves. The leaves are used raw in salads and also we dehydrate to powder it for cooking. You cash also make tea. 👍
