Had stage 2 breast cancer and completed 6 rounds of chemo and 20 radiation treatments at the end of April 2023. I decided that I needed to make changes in my diet and exercise regime and turned to utube for some inspiration and came across your videos. I started a keto diet based on your videos and in 5 months I have lost 40 lbs. I'm 68 years young and have been overweight for most of my adult life. You have inspired me and have probably extended my life because of your knowledge , experience and motivation. Thank you Dr. Berg❤.

    • @paulmcwhorter
      @paulmcwhorter 3 ปีที่แล้ว +44

@@CathodeRayNipplez A compound is typically a property where people live with a secure perimeter. Typically a compound will be 1-5 acres with high security fence and supplemental thorny bush growing in fence. A compound will have gardens, fruit and nut trees and maybe chickens, goats and maybe milk cows. A farm will typically be larger and will produce vegetables or crops for sale. A ranch and station are pretty much the same thing, with a focus on cattle or sheep.

Stretched to get seeds. Woman saw me and offered me a bag of seeds as i know they are super multivitamin and phyto nutrients. Her granddaughter engaged me in great conversation. Now have two new friends. Offered some to others. They say they have them but not know how good they are for prevention and treatment. So glad you did this video. I first discovered this Miracle tree from De. Sebi.. Been using it daily for 5 yrs. Now....People, no that this tree has no pest at all and each part can be consumed. The seeds in the pod when chewed will make your drink sweet. I am 64 now and have one bit of advice. DO not buy it from India where they may add metals to the powder.. Get it from Hawaii or elsewhere. Make sure it is pure if you do not have the tree yourself. You can plant the seed and start your own. Also, do not consume more than 5 tablespoons per day. the iron content is very very high. The leaves can be boiled, dried leaves to make your own powder. or use fresh leave in cooking. The fact remains, that in 2016 approx, the plant was discovered to save many the babies in Africa. That region did not even know what they were right in their own backyard.

Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing this incredible trees nutrient information!! 💗 Been using moringa for over a decade. It was the one thing that kept my disabled daughter alive longer than any Dr said she would be. I then created a company in her name, legacy, and have the largest moringa skincare/haircare company in the country (no plug seriously, just think everyone should use moringa in one way or another!)...I have sourced mine directly from the African fair trade plantation since 2010 and now also from India, fresh off the boat and with COA paperwork. It’s insanely good! Get yourself some but it HAS to be in oxygen and light blocking material or by the time you get it it’s already half oxidized and lots of the nutritional value is depleted, just FYI!! ❤️

Good morning! My lovely Aunt found you and she send me your video. There’s 2 doctors I follow and now your my 4th 😊.
I’m going to speak in opposite term: WHY??? I say I don’t longer have anything. I say things out loud positive I am a big believer with so much faith and my #1 is Lord and Jesus. So I’ve been saying for a month won’t need the injection of Cimzia! When I visit my rheumatologist, at check out the girl told me oh you no longer need your Cimzia shot. Those were happiest words to here!!! it's incredible it's like God spoke through her. I did make appointment now for June.
    Treatment for: Sever Rheumatoid Arthritis/Spondylitis/Fibromyalgia.
As a doctor you should understand that when you take many prescriptions you get constipated and it’s been a main issue. I am a person that likes to do everything natural like our ancestors. I hate medication !!! I love to do research. So I was looking for another product that may help me. As I’m doing my research on TH-cam I come across a couple they both have it and they purchase clear capsule to fillup with moringa. My brain just clicked and I said I’m taking too little in my mixture every morning in my coffee. it's been a month my husband and my aunt says I'm overdoing it. Is good to be normal and pain free. With The condition of severe weather so we've been having I would've been with a higher level 10 of pain and I would've been trying to meditate and telling myself that it wasn't so strong.
now taking so much moringa is a bit of discomfort.
Now for 26 years I drink American decaf coffee. I love Cuban coffee but once a blue moon. 2022 November I had to go with lots of caffeine. I had brain fog, walked like 80 year old upstairs to work or elevator and my symptoms started coming back to fatigue, shaky hands, burning knees, Joint pain, speech, brain fog, swollen feet, muscle spasms, no energy, my jaw will get tired to eat, and sensitive skin to touch. I worked for four months they let me go for downsizing. When you are clear and learn how to manage your pain. It's difficult I'm not gonna lie. It makes life easier your day by day easier why because of four months that I attended work I didn't miss a day, even if it was the worst day! Working is the best thing for you! Your memory is amazing and dealing with patience and remembering who they were and what they needed on my behalf it was the healthiest for me. I am looking for work and I'll take it as God is waiting for the right one for me.
The past 2 years I used to take 14 medication. I went down to three major medication. Prednisone is your worst enemy there was a time I didn’t have the strength just to get up from bed without it. I went decreasing the amount it was a back-and-forth battle making me worse and ended up in ER. Lost of Appetite ended up buying more nutrition and organic powders vegetables, fruit power, chicken broth collagen not to lose my hair due a medication. Still working to remove the medication's that are left.

@@lauriehall4025 the medicine is actimura and you can get it through shots or infusions. So, I was sick for over 8 years, and first different Drs diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis. And they put on those powerful pills for pain, but there was no change. Later ,my friend who ended up being my primary doctor, she referred me to another specialist who diagnosed me with "STILLS Disease". It has all symptoms like rheumatoid arthritis but more painful and complicated. So, he prescribed me to take infusions of actimura. After six months, the pain went away, after a year, my body started to look normal, after two years, the hair on my skin started to grow,....it is long story, but the end, I ended up stopping the medication( the decision was again the Dr's wish) but I was no longer on pain and I want to clean the body by using (moringa, neem, noni, and aloe vera). The results did surprise the Dr, because I told him that I can do blood work every 3 month to make sure that the disease is not coming back. Now, it have been 3 years since I stopped infusions and everything is perfect fine in my body. ( too much information but sorry)

Not sure how to get this to Dr.Berg, although I went on and off my healthy diet for a few reasons. Just knowing that your video contents are there for any information I require for my healthy lifestyle gives me this immense optimism. You were the reason I was confident of getting through COVID-19. My doctor is an Indian, although he may be too Americanized as he never suggests any natural ingredients to help with my aches and pains, he just sends in a prescription even though he knows I don’t like taking drugs. In spite of that, when my family moved to a state very far from me
I stayed behind because he is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Isn’t that pitiful?

@@lolaottinger6976 Yes dear Lola that is pitiful. Considering that Dr Berg can help heal anything that ails you, I don't think you need to cling to this Indian doctor that pushes Western medicine on you despite the fact that you don't like to take it.
I 100% agree with you that Western medicine is poison in all its many forms.(Don't get me wrong I'm not a total freak about it, I do take antibiotics when needed, and at times I've had to have other drugs to save my life. They are good for emergencies the 911 types.)
I wouldn't say that your Indian doctor is the best for you.
Maybe you need to rethink that, and head to where your family is, because let's face it to get through these Last CRITICAL Days of this World 🌎 we need our family if they are a good influence on us, especially!!
Scripture reference to go along with my bold statement about The Last Days. (Daniel 2: 44,; Isaiah 9: 6, 7,; 2Timothy 3: 1~5)

I am thankful to be asked to share any success that I am having with your videos.
First off just let me say that I am particularly happy that you walk on water in your spare time... Just saying :-) AND I want to say that I am implementing right now the OMAD with 48 hour fasting week.
I have been diagnosed with a High white blood cell count, my lymphs are High, and also a couple other white blood cell markers are High. ALSO cholesterol triglycerides and LDL are all high.
So I am endeavoring this new program over the last 4 days to get started on life-changing techniques according to your programs Dr Berg.
So most certainly if they work I'm going to let you be the first to know.💖
I also wanted to say I'm sure there are quite a few people in the population around the world 🌎 that don't have a spleen. I am one of them, I have a nephew that doesn't have one, my Dad didn't have one. I think there are a lot of people that don't have a spleen, and I would love to see you do some information on how to live a healthy life with no spleen. (And just as a side note the surgeon took my gallbladder when he removed my spleen.)
I of course am not working at 100% capacity with these missing body parts.🤯 My main problems have been inflammation caused from a lot of different things. And also high blood pressure. I hope that someone from your team sees my message although this video is 1 year old.
If I don't hear any feedback I will write you on your provided website address.
Thank you in advance, Sincerely Tammie 🙋🏼💞😇
