What I realized is that I have to be less rational when persuading clients to accept my services. Rather make them join a PROJECT and COMMUNITY around the service. One thing I found funny when I got into running a business. Everyone thinks videos like this are predatory and the only reason they exist is to sell their courses or whatever. because why would you share the secret to a successful business? Isn’t it more competition? No it’s not more competition, anyone running a business knows that more business means more b2b opportunities, and that means more money, I make way more money from enterprise customers compared to private customers, so of course I want more companies to start up. Even if it creates more competition, so what? It means more innovation and it creates more revenue opportunity for everyone. The power of NO! Especially cash flow models. The biggest companies can be great to have brand association, but beware of their payment terms. I’ve seen many small or one man band businesses written off because their biggest client dictated 90 day payment terms, then only start payment process after 90 days. Incredibly resonating! I believe at the heart of anything you do it has to come from good intentions with a clear sense of purpose. As we all know a sense of purpose isn’t always easy to understand and or becomes clear. Only with deep reflection and understanding what gets you out of bed each day you will then know what to and or where to go next. Building a sense of community has to be at the heart of everything we do. It is critical to building a business but more importantly it helps ensure we help a world that is so fragile and becoming more insular. And in Islam ethics discourage engaging in contracts with excessive uncertainty or hidden risks. When i see your attitude i see a big social responsibility. That's an important value for us, we have an obligation to Help the Needy and in Islam teachings emphasize the importance of conducting businesses in a morally upright manner, with a focus on justice, fairness, and compassion towards all stakeholders. Maybe in future take a look into it for curiousity. You're a very good and smart man with good ethics and intelligence. Honestly, Simon one of the things I would love as a 17 year old, Is to work as a Sales Man or learn ads and maybe Copywriting. Trying to make it come true but one of the problems is I would say.

Key was, "execute fast" because the competition will notice me on day one due to brilliant advertising. After benchmarking the potential competitors I know that copying will take them a good amount of time, and they would need a better factory than I. My key takeaway is to have a purpose (which I already have) but the community aspect are things that I will have to figure out how to implement with my current venture. Hello Simon. I’m currently in a process of starting a service business and what I have a problem with is getting new clients. What I realized is that I have to be less rational when persuading clients to accept my services. Rather make them join a PROJECT and COMMUNITY around the service. I’m excited to implement my new ideas and I will update you on my progress. No it’s not more competition, anyone running a business knows that more business means more b2b opportunities, and that means more money, I make way more money from enterprise customers compared to private customers, so of course I want more companies to start up. Even if it creates more competition, so what? It means more innovation and it creates more revenue opportunity for everyone.

As we all know a sense of purpose isn’t always easy to understand and or becomes clear.
Only with deep reflection and understanding what gets you out of bed each day you will then know what to and or where to go next.

I just had a few quick question, in a partnership, what exactly are the partners going to get in return for investing, lets say its a 3 -6 month partnership, also when you get around to talking about money, is there a way to judge how much money they are going to invest or is that just up to them to decide, the partners being veterinary hospitals. This is an amazing idea i think you should spread world wide and help people in a different countries , in south africa we have so much people with skills but they do not have the funds to kick off and start a business, keep doing what you doing and hopefully it can spread world wide to reach those who genuinely needs it.

Ethics emphasize fair pricing, transparency that's essential in Islamic business practices. Sellers are obligated to provide accurate information to prevent any harming transaction or injustices. And in Islam ethics discourage engaging in contracts with excessive uncertainty or hidden risks.
When i see your attitude i see a big social responsibility. That's an important value for us, we have an obligation to Help the Needy and in Islam teachings emphasize the importance of conducting businesses in a morally upright manner, with a focus on justice, fairness, and compassion towards all stakeholders.
Maybe in future take a look into it for curiousity.
