    Sounds like a good recipe. I’ll give it a try, but will substitute maple syrup for honey. According to some ancient traditions, it changes the quality of honey to heat it, making it less healthy.

    Looks great and I will try it. Small side note, Masa Harina are Spanish words. The “ H” in Harina is silent. So it is pronounced Arina. Used to drive me crazy when my mum would teach me writing in Spanish. I used to tell her why don’t you just write it the way you pronounce it!
