Little tip on drivers and woods, always check the type of shaft that they have on them, sometimes the shafts alone are worth a lot of money. I’ve found some woods and drivers with $150+ shafts on them. That cast iron pot was awesome! Nice score.🤣

Careful with those knobs on the front of the stove. Make sure you have to push them in to turn on or something. Ours had no safety feature, were very easy to turn on and we burnt our house down!
I don’t mean this as a negative comment, but please take precautions leaving appliances in an unoccupied house, as they can be a tempting target for theft. I don’t want to see anything bad happen for you. I really look forward to seeing each new video. I too, am renovating a house, my own. It’s a lot of work, but very satisfying to see the results. Everyone use your head! This is a pure profit event! Lets just say they have 500 people show up, that is $170,000 do you rely think it cost $170k to put on a event like this! Total rip off!

DEEPLY jealous of the bins location near you! The one closest to me is always bare bones, you can see the bottom of every bin. No cool boxes of stuff either. There's one in the next state over that is ok, but not convenient to get to.

Hey guys just a little advice from someone who rents properties, your new oven is beautiful but if you already had a functional one, maybe try not to spend more than what is necessary to make it look “nice enough”. The people who rent your property tend not to appreciate the fine details and it does not increase (tipicaly / at least in my experience ) what you can rent your property for! So don’t try to over do it because tenants normally don’t even take care of pretty things as you would and probably will need a replacement sooner than you expected, so factor in that cost! Just some friendly advice in case you want it, if not just ignore it.
I hope you rethink your approach to what you are putting in your whatnot auctions. I realize that you are looking at making money quickly for your house project, but there are been too many things that would have brought you significantly more if sold on eBay. It’s great to give folks a wonderful deal, but you already do that a lot. Thanks for another fun video. It was fun to see you get a bit flustered and forget to take the quilt and plushes out of your bag. 😀

I prefer the older Washington machines and dryer's. They are better then the new ones. I bought a 90s Washing machine I can fit blanket large curtains and even my duner. Best buy for $50.
Looking good 😊, it's a lot redoing a house. But far as the Bushes I would Remove Them ALL. Doing this makes a Clean Fresh Lawn. We had them in Our Yard and I thought they looked Great but when we cleared Them away what a Beautiful House 🏠 we had. GREAT FINDS !!!😮😮😊

I love you guys. Suggestion. Try oxyclean concentrated in a bottle on stubborn stains. You can also put two scoops in almost boiling water and soak for about an hour. Also spray and wash stain stick. Put the stick on stains and then leave for a week. Then wash item. Good luck with cleaning.

Old vintage 80s My Little Pony bits are also sought after. They usually get lotted in with Barbie stuff.

Plumbing Fix:
Josh try the nut below the handle may fix the leak. Tighten that nut up its the packing nut. It may stop leak before you buy new.

My husband put the groceries on the top of the stove turned around and while just turning around turned on all the burners. Then he left.
