I think it's so cool the way you two have basically started out with nothing($20) and just bought and flipped items to pay for your rental!! You've come a long way with this project and I can't wait to see the finished property!!!
Wright State University in Dayton Ohio are known as the Raiders and their colors are green and yellow/gold. Not sure if that’s helpful but it was neat seeing a cap like that in SC!

I've flipped about 6 Houses & still have 3 as Rentals. You're doing a Really Good Job! After it's done, I suggest getting a property manager to handle getting it rented & the repair stuff. My Property Manager makes my life much more stress free than doing all that myself.
I’d love to see a power wash before/ after on the brick and patio. Cheap to rent a pressure washer. Curb appeal with the mildew removed would be incredible
It's always cool to see the creative ways you use to make it happen even when it comes down to the wire. While not everyone may have the same circumstances as you, we all can get creative when we really want to!
Great video ! Those windows will pay for themselves when you go to sell this house. Most buyers will understand the real value they bring. And renters will be glad of the come winter keeping the heat bill down. Not to mention that they look great ! Good job getting it done ❤

Make sure you really check their rental history out; several years back, my parents use to flip houses and put so much time, work, and money into them and several renters completely damaged and trashed a couple of the houses up so bad. My heart broke for my parents; it was so sad.

WOW! Look at all of the shoes! I received all of my goodies in the mail yesterday. I LOVE my new Dooney, Coach and Kavu bags! They are all beautiful and will come in handy while thrifting. I love how you had the Whatnot auction first and then put this video out that showed where you found everything. I was holding my Dooney when you found it on the video! I was giggling like a kid in a toy store. 🤣😂😁😄😆 I ❤and appreciate you both dearly.
Came in clutch with making enough for the windows! Was afraid you guys were just going to miss and have to go into the negatives. Fortunately $25 comes a long way, as we've been able to tell. 😎

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t necessarily like that you guy can just quickly make a bunch of money off of Whatnot BUT I totally get it and respect it. You have put in SO much work to get where you are that I can’t be mad. Hope we can all get to where you both are someday and congrats on your earnings!
I know it’s not the most relatable thing in the world, but I also think anyone else in our position would do the same. We may not always get top dollar, but selling all this stuff same day (or next day) is just so so so nice.

While technically they started with $20, all that going towards the house and not their personal account like it used to before this challenge.
