Have y'all considered adding a washer & dryer to your work space? That would eliminate from having to take the stuff into your house and keeping it all in the same space.
I think they might have a washer and dryer in the back room. When they were doing the renovations, I think they added them to the back room along with a utility sink.
Your first Goodwill Pallet video is the one that saved my life and changed my life forever. Your videos got me off the couch and into the bins! It's great to be able to live depression free and debt free! I appreciate you everyday! I love you both for who you are and how kind you are. It was nice seeing you both at the Columbia bins. My son (The DJ) is now interested in reselling. I am living life happy....😀❤❤❤❤❤🙏
As a person with anxiety, lost a parent and another one sick, therapy is the best thing you can do. Mental health is so important and I thank y'all for bringing attention to it! Also, great video as always
thanks for highlighting better help. like you said, you don't have to have something wrong with you or experience trauma to benefit from therapy. who doesn't want someone in their corner cheering them on and making you a better person?
My MIL runs a free "boutique" at her church. Everything in the "store" is free, for whomever needs it, and they have a large groups of homeless people who go there often. All items are donated, and she takes used socks, undies/boxer and bras. She cycles through the inventory every 2 weeks when new donations come in, and at that time the socks and undies are empty! While I would never donate or buy used items like so, I've never been in a situation where I desperately needed them. I understand where you're coming from, but someone out there would use them in a heartbeat!
What fun! I loved the look that Haley gave when Josh decided to empty out the box. :) All of us gals knew exactly what she was thinking :) I think you would do well with piling all the childrens/baby clothes together by sizes and do a bundle on FB marketplace. I would consider donating some of those clothes to shelters instead of throwing back to the GW. You two are always so aware of other organizations you probably already do that. :) Thanks for all you both do. I sure wish I lived closer to help you organize all those clothes... being a mom of boys I am a professional laundress. :) hahaha Blessings to you all
Definitely keep the woman’s plus size brands like Lane Bryant, Torrid and The Avenue. They can be bundled or sold separately. I have sold on EBay and can usually get $30-$100 per item depending on what it is.
Rather than redonate.. have an everything 1.00 yardsale ! Put the stuff in boxes, line them up outside and let it rip!! Fun day, different video for you!
Wonder if you could an organization to donate the clothes to that would give them to those in Maui or if there’s anyone in FL after the hurricane that needs them.
😂😂😂 Josh cracked me up with his comments! “Fun fact folks, no one wants your old nasty underwear!” “Anna plush from Frozen! Pretty good find in the panty bag.” “Oh! They’re boobie covers! Save them. When I run my next 5K I’ll need them.” “100% Peva. Which is really what you want to look for in a shower curtain liner.” “It’s a pillowcase set. Mr Right and Mrs Always Right. So cute.” Toss. Too funny y’all. 😂😂😂 Always entertaining. ❤
😃This was a very fun video for this old lady to watch👵 I think that you will make your money back and more. When you guys put your minds to it, you can make great things happen. We have seen it with our own eyes! God bless you both🙏 and wishes that all of your dreams come true.
I have pick it up often, for Grandsons and my hubby. Of coarse I make sure I take a good look at them, if good I wash then in bleach and oxiclean. Cheap for “what would of cost me a lot on money
This was fun, even if it was a lot of work. I agree you probably won’t do this all the time but at least you will get your money back and a little more. Thank you so much for taking us along on this adventure.🥰
I would 100% purchase a lot of women’s clothes- specially plus size! If still wanting to donate- I’d recommend shelters or non profit orgs like everyone else has been recommending!
Yes, for sure! Our local homeless advocacy agency runs a free store. They give everything away, I asked them and they absolutely accept "used' underwear in decent condition.
Major throwback to the 2020!! Some of my favorite videos from you guys were those mystery pallets, good to see the return of them! Glad you guys can do it in your warehouse now instead of at a small storage unit. Gotta bring these videos back for sure! 🤞😤
Baby and kids clothes to emergency placement not sure what your state calls it. But it give emergency carers for kids clothes some have "closets" for carers to pick from.
Great video, lame haul. Oh, well. On the topic of donating under garments. Doing so without the thought of resale, absolutely yes. For those who have nothing, something is appreciated no matter what it is. My family donates other places than GW for personal goods like that.❤
I remember when you brought those first GW boxes home. Hayley looked at you like you had lost your mind. That was back when she was hardly on camera. She's so excited now!
5:19 Hi! Former thrift store worker here, although donating ripped, stained, stinky and weird clothes seems weird most Thrift Stores recycle the clothes and get paid to do so (They go to a factory where the fabrics are reused / buttons repurposed) in my thrift store they gave us 50 cents per bag filled, which seems like nothing but imagine the amount of people letting their clothes go to landfill when charities could get paid to recycle them! Although as a former thrift store worker I will say, if you're gonna donate old, stinky stuff (including underwear) please bag it separately and label it as "to be recycled" or something so the workers don't have a surprise
Have audited a few thrift stores, my understanding is underwear/ clothing beyond it’s useful life/ stuff that doesn’t sell can be sold in bulk and it gets recycled and turned rags/cloth.
I think Goodwill should have put together a better BIN. They could make it a win win without having to short through and price it. They still need to make it a good value for the buyer though. This doesn't seem even close to breaking even or making it worth you time. I still enjoyed the video and your excitement
Our Goodwill charges 6 bucks for clothes. I haven't seen much in that bin so far that I would pay anything for let alone 6 bucks. This is why $6 is too much.
Loved it!!!! At the last video I thought, oh man I wish they did another goodwill pallet or storage unit, and here you are!!! This is the second or third time my secret wishes were fulfillled on this channel, apart from all the awesome videos of course!
We love Blippi here in Washington state. He’s not far from where I live. Well at least when he moved back from wherever he had gone. Ellensburg Washington it takes 35 minutes for me to get there. And yes it’s all farm country.
I’m not sure where you’re from but I went through a hurricane once and ended up being in the shelter for seven days, and I will tell you that I was not at all unhappy to get secondhand underwear that was clean and ready to be used. My only other option was the stuff that I slogged through the filth of the flooding. Incidentally, I learned that I’ve been buying too big of a bra band all along! If you cleaned and sorted the decent underwear for donation to homeless shelters or emergency shelters for things like hurricanes that might be useful to somebody. I don’t know where ours came from. I think it was just neighborhood stuff, but we sure were grateful for it because we weren’t taking our dresser drawers along with us.
Believe it or not, I have had a good bit of yard sales and I can put piles of my son's used underwear out there and they will sell every time. I sell stuff for cheap and people come and scoop up nealry everything. People are very appreciative of the underwear they buy for their kids or grandkids etc. There are so many other's out there that are not as blessed as I am and are always appreciative of the cheap/free deals and the clothes
You guys can try to take the items that may not be the best to list online or too basic to Plato's Closet or a Consignment store as well. Good luck! Love your channel! 🥰
You got it the wrong way. Plato and cosignment store are very picky ( they only take high end, trendy stuff). If stuff is not even good for ebay, there is no way these stores will take them.
You should try selling any clothing items that are mall brands to a local plato’s closet! Forever 21, urban outfitters, wild fable, even shein (even tho the last two aren’t mall brands). Just neatly fold everything and as long as they’re in good condition and in a style that they sell well, they should be able to take it. It’s worth a try!
That was a fun throwback to the goodwill mystery pallet days! Too bad there were no crazy profitable items but definitely enough items to turn a profit though. Clean up looks like a lot of work lol
There are many that would buy used underwear. I recently donated a bag of bras and panties. My donations were straight from my dresser drawer and definitely clean, and good brands.
If you have a bunch of the same size of clothes, even if its cheaper stuff like walmart brand. I know i would buy a big bundle of same size cheap clothes if they were my size. Rather than just losing out on the money and selling it to someone looking for that size for cheap!
I appreciate that you don't just "redonate" items that are obviously trash. Save other people from having to sort through it again, and if those people are Goodwill employess, it just increases their cost which is passed on to all of us.
You had some plus size items. One Ava & Viv and two mumus. Just saw Lane Byrant, too. Do you still have them? What size are they and how much would you accept for them if they're not going on any platform?
FLASHBACK... but not $25 .... And thousands and thousands of Subscribers.. those pallets changed this channel awesome. no pickup loading in the parking lot and Haley first started, I think it is the mystery of whats in the box? that is so intriguing.

Some units could fill a 10’ enclosed trailer with bags of random clothes. We’d keep the sports jerseys, Harley Davidson, Cowboy Clothes, NWT items, clothes for the grandkids and anything that we thought was interesting enough to flip. Once sorted, we’d then donate the remaining bulk (typically about 80%). There was typically just too much volume to save too much.
Love the videos! You show the ups and downs of reselling! I just started reselling. Didn't realize they were so many haters out there! I posted a short about the rising costs at our Goodwill and commenters blamed me ,a reseller, for the rising costs !! 😂😂 🤷♀️ ~jc
Layne Bryant is a catalog plus size clothing company, very expensive. The leather jackets just use leather wax cleaner on them & the junk will come off, I use it for my boots. Shane Dawson items are worth good money, because he doesn’t make stuff anymore I sold one of his bags.

Homeless people and those in real need of clothing for their family-don’t care what brand it is, because they are grateful for anything (usually!).
Honestly, I'd bundle all the Lane Bryant. Plus sizes do super well.
Yes!
I totally agree, Lane Bryant can do very well. I would also bundle the Old Navy jeans too.
I agree, Lane Bryant, Avenue and Torrid.

The first goodwill mystery pallets were the reason why I started following!!! Great to see them back 🎉nice throwback
Same!!

I was wondering what they have against Lane Bryant. Their clothes are definitely not cheap.
Lane Bryant is not cheap clothing. That should sell w3ll on eBay.
Josh tossing the Mr. & Mrs. Pillowcases - comic gold. Y’all are the best!
Rather than redonate.. have an everything 1.00 yardsale ! Put the stuff in boxes, line them up outside and let it rip!! Fun day, different video for you!
"Mr.Right & Mrs. Always Right , so cute" - throws over shoulder 😆💀🤣
Wouldnt redonate to goodwill but free on fb marketplace, a shelter or a church would be nice

15:40 Josh got so excited!!
Hayley's face with the underwear was priceless, lol
New goods inspector was working overtime on this one. ❤
Take all the extras to the flee market and have a free table. Accept donations and give to your mission work.
AWESOME IDEA

The commentary on this video made me crack up… so glad there were better items at the bottom for reselling. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Please do not donate back to Goodwill. Find a homeless shelter or womans shelter that could actually use them. Goodwill has already had their turn
Very much agreed there are tons of ppl in need and would be greatly appreciated even the underwear
Yes, for sure! Our local homeless advocacy agency runs a free store. They give everything away, I asked them and they absolutely accept "used' underwear in decent condition.
How about we all donate our own items to whichever organization we choose and not tell others what to do?
The time you had a unit of pallets was a fun series. Love to Mose!!
I’m so happy you put the music back on the outro.
I love Haley snapping at Josh that it here turn! So great to get her full personality, remember when she barely said a peep? Lol

The leather jackets can be washed in the wash machine. You just have to hang them up to dry. Can't put them in a dryer the heat will destroy them

Good job saying Punta Gorda. Its a town north of Ft Myers. My aunt lived there when i was growing up.

I don't donate underpants, nor do I purchase underpants from thrift stores 😂

Liked the video even before it started. Love when you upload
Love your guys videos !!! So in miami yesterday someone sold a painting for $250k that they purchased at goodwill for $4. 😅😅😅😅😅😅 you just never know

No one wants used underwear. That's just nasty.
There are some people poor enough to buy clean used underwear at the bins.
I like the mystery box but Haley is right… it’s better to hand pick and get all winners.
Best bras I ever got were from thrift
Bust of a box but fun to watch! Maybe get another more exciting one if you see a little bit of what’s in it 🥰
I feel the same as you about the undie situation, only new w/tags. : ) Thanks for the vid.

My favorite part was Josh singing 😂
You should look up Steve and Barrys. Most of the items of that brand are probably not going to be worth too much.
Personally, I 100% loved that store!

You guys are great sports going through that huge pallet thanks for the video
So cute Josh holding you the dress...
Always guessing Chanel is funny 😂 I found a vintage Chanel pencil skirt yesterday excited about that score!
so much for hayleys plan to sort into totes😜
Vintage panties sell quite well, think 1950s pin up. Also good label Victoria’s Secret panties do well.

Your videos are top notch, great advice also for the reselling community. Thank you for the videos you two make.
I wish we had normal bins. We have to bid on entire bins (the yellow ones). Highest bidder picks first and so on.
FLASHBACK... but not $25 ....
And thousands and thousands of Subscribers..
those pallets changed this channel
awesome.
no pickup loading in the parking lot and Haley first started, I think it is the mystery of whats in the box? that is so intriguing.
It’s content that makes money + the selling of goods makes more money. It’s worth it.
Facts "it's yours "
You started so organized, with a plan, so I had to laugh as it spiraled out of control. Reminded me of when we used to clear out rental storage units. Some units could fill a 10’ enclosed trailer with bags of random clothes.
