Hey Josh. For gravel areas use rock salt by itself. Sprinkle it generously over the gravel. If it's a large weed dig down to the root and fill with salt then cover back with dirt. It does work. Also did you add dish soap to your salt and vinegar solution? More vinegar is better.

Yes please be careful with buying Funko lots. Im a Funko collector and the last couple of years Funko has mass produced almost all of their Pops. Especially the ones that have a blue funko app info box around the barcode on the bottom of the box.
Love that you are shopping "my" Goodwill and "my" Flea Market! I worked at that Goodwill about 2 and a half years ago. The sweet lady with the dinosaurs was one of my favorite customers! 🥰

Baking soda neutralizes the ground making it harder for plants to grow. Sprinkle some on the top soil and that should help.
Dawn dish soap, distilled vinegar and salt. Works every time. We use it on our fence line because it is nontoxic to our doggo.

First of all, please tell Hayley to get well soon. Maybe you could cook dinner for her or something. That should help make her feel better. :) We've all become used to seeing and hearing how excited she gets when something good happens (or she manages to outdo you in some contest) LOL It is such super great fun to watch the two of you together. Please don't ever change.
You have said in many of your past videos how you feel it is so important to treat the swap meet vendors fairly and to build a good working relationship with them, which you certainly have done. Today showed the truth in that as several vendors were willing to let you set the price of several items (within reason of course). That one guy even threw in a free cap and that guitar. Honesty and fair play does pay off.
Taking care of the vendors is key, if you take care of them, then they will likely take care of your in return. Good tips :)
I like the lady at the end that isn't sure of a price, but is sure enough of her stuff to ask for more than your offer.

The capacitors often go bad on old radios like on the flip clock.
I sold a similar clock a few years ago. There are people that refurbish them and sell them for a whole lot. Haven't found one recently.

Did you use 30% -45% vinegar? That should work. The regular household vinegar is only 3-5%.

I am very confused with your $100 offer for the games. You said they sold for 50-70 and you offered 100 for both. How is that a good deal for you?
$75 for the pink one and $60 for the black one (is what I think we can get). If you watch the whole video you’ll see that I paid that much because that guy helped us out on a previous video and he gave us several other things for free.

That raiders jacket for 40 is a steal. Wish my area had it that cheap lol
The vinegar salt soap mixture works on small weeds like you have in your rocks. Not for woody vines though like ivy, blackberries, etc. Make sure you get the white vinegar and the highest acidity, at least 5%. Works best if you weed eat the area first like you have and use when the sun is going to be on the area for awhile. You will have to reapply a few time for new growth. Using non germination granules works well to keep new seeds from taking hold.

We use Cornerstone Plus Herbicide. Works as good or better than roundup. We use it on the farm and haven't had any problems with the livestock.

Good finds! I think at 12:02 the guy had a G.I. Joe Night Raven Ive seen some of those old GI vehicles sell really good if they're complete and in good condition.
And handhelds or vintage with the box always sells for more than without the box, double check that.
You can get a weed torch. You hook it up to a propane tank. It works really well.
My best advice for the gravel area is to lay it out as a wild flower bed. Safe for humans, dogs and insects 😁
Just embrace the weeds lol. The thing I don’t like about that is the snakes.

Some of the Wowwee robots are worth a lot. I don't know about used - especially the sell through rate, but i sold some new dog robots from Wowwee for about $200 around Christmas time one year.
20% Vinegar, Dawn Dish Soap, and Epson Salts. Mix in a sprayer and let it out in the morning. By the afternoon in sun - weeds will be brown!!!

I’ve had some success with vinegar and salt for poison ivy, but you have to spray/soak it multiple times until you see it begin to wilt and die.

You can use cardboard or weed barrier and mulch/pine straw to fix that weed issue, a little work but will fix that weed issue.

Before they started dating nike shoes, a cool way to identify if you have vintage nike is by the first 2 numbers on the style number. Ex. So if the firdt 2 numbers start with 98, then they are from 1998. If the first 2 numbers are 02, then its from 2002, and so on. I thjnk they stopped doing this mater in 2000s
From my experience running into harry potter funkos is, they sell like ass. After you've thrifted as much as I have you notice a trend with certain funko pop shows, movies ect. I don't even bother looking up harry potter, my hero Academia, frozen ect. Maybe if it was signed or was a comicon exclusive or somthing but yeah. You see funkos so often it definitely helps to lock into your memory the trends of which ones are good and which ones aren't.
Its hard to find the high end funko pops :(
