I understand that a lot of influencers do sponsors with skincare brands, however, sometimes it’s hard for me to know which skincare brand they’re normally using when they post a sponsor similar to this every other week.
This is his own skincare brand so it’s the one he uses normally.
If you suffer from acne, the last thing you want in your skincare products is stuff filled with fragrance and oils. Stick with drugstore products like Cerave or Cetaphil

One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you’re serious…
Use sunscreen as much as possible when you’re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you’re going for a swim, perhaps more often.
And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that’s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.
And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don’t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
Anyway, that’s my two cents.

You don’t produce enough Vitamin D from sun exposure. You’ll have to be out all day and tbh the cons outweighs the pros at that point
Take a supplement instead. Something OP forgot to mention. Hats, wear hats too especially in summer
@@BM8C7 Btw the amount you need to put on the face is a quarter teaspoon or 2 finger lengths if you wanna measure it like that. I’d say the same for the neck
You must include any exposed skin to this as well. All of it, the back of the hands, ears and around the eyes. You won’t need as much here obviously. Clothes truly will be your best friend here. I recommend La Roche Posay Anthelios. It’s a bit pricey I’ll admit but you’ll actually wear it cuz it feels light. You can use a basic af cheap sunscreen on the body though. O I almost forgot to mention lips. Sun Bum sells one, cheap and tastes like banana

How to clean sweat from face without dirty hands
I changed my pillowcase, and got a bunch of pimples and rashes on the side of my face where I sleep almost instantly after sleeping on it... ffs, idk why that happened. It hurts so bad as well 😭😭
Use Silk Fabric pillow case and very soft pillow. Never use cotton , using cotton is also bad if you are growing long hair ( harsh ). I always preferred cotton, it was hard for me to change to some other materials ( i now growing long hair so i changed pillow cases ).
