I agree with 100% of the video but the thing that helped me actually clear 70% of my acne was fixing my SLEEP schedule. Used to sleep 4-6 hours a day, moved it to 8-10 and in 2 months 70% of the acne was gone. 0 products used 0 changes in diet. I know everyone is different but if you're trying everything and don't see results and you know you lack sleep, try improving on the sleep schedule.
Ohh maybe that's my problem too cuz I slept good back in days when I didn't have acne now i rarely sleep 2-3 hours and somedays not even sleep i should try this
@@curse8345 I can assure you that drinking 2-3L water a day, eating as minimal amounts of sugar as possible and sleeping 8-10 hours will clean atleast 50% of your acne in 1-3 months, even if you don't have any skincare routine yet and just wash your face with water twice a day.
@@warthus7125 i drink water and also wash my face too but i eat way too much sugar and never sleep well anyway thanks for the help

I love you Alex because I have notice lot of improvement in me👍👍
I had really bad acne like bad is not even touching the monstrosity of my acne condition in my early teens and my approach that helped me get rid of it was "inside-out"
I completely changed my diet and lifestyle FIRST before using face wash and moisturizers and all of that stuff but almost 80% of my acne went away from following a healthy and stress free lifestyle and the rest 20% is using external products on the skin
Good to see Alex include lifestyle changes first before anything else in this video which shows he is NO BS, the OG of men's lifestyle and my go to man for correct advice on lifestyle for years

I think the most important essential that we often forget about when it comes to face hygiene is the pillow cover. We spend almost a third of our life with our face resting on it so it's crucial to change it at least every three days.

One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you’re serious…
Use sunscreen as much as possible when you’re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you’re going for a swim, perhaps more often.
And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that’s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.
And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don’t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
Anyway, that’s my two cents.

I use a face wash every morning and night, but I don't feel the same kind of refreahing feeling I got when I started using it. But I guess it's still worth doing. And I didn't understand the power of exfoliating before I tried it. Just one time made a huge difference. The exfoliating scrub and face wash is just from a pharmacy so they aren't prescribed to me, which might be better...
Try facewash with salycilic acid. It was game changer for me
