bro there's a mistake u do , YOU shower JUST after u Eat , which is totally not good . I appreciate yo awesome video , been seeing for long time .
Also do not believe me , go check what i said on internet, remember they say never swim after you eat.

also try avoid using plastic container in microwave , so use glassware microwave safe, it leaches , also yo water cotainer in refrigerator was platic material , try replacing with steel or thermos

I've started this new routine as well. During the week I'll wake up at 5 am and on the weekends I'll wake up at 6 am. Ever since I've started doing this I've been feeling good not gonna lie and I'm gonna continue to do so
