I’m awake in the middle of the night with tingling and numbness from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. (The norm now for me) Desperate, I searched the web for anything that might bring relief. I kid you not! Every exercise helped. But, that last one?!!! Unbelievable! I’m very grateful you were willing to share your knowledge! It’s amazing what a simple stretch can do! ....
New subscriber here! Thank you ever so much!

Have you tried ibuprofen or diclofenac gel that works for me in the short term

Every one of these exercises is different from any other rehab video I have watched & the precise instructions on exactly how to perform them are like being privately coached.

Clear and to the point. Thank you.
( Could you reduce the musics volume in the future, please? Thanks. )

Interesting that you make a "C" and a "G"! In music terms, C would be the root and G would be the 5th. Combined these frequencies together, and they make a, "Power-Chord"! There are no coincidences.

One helpful exercise not shown is to place the palm of my arm on top of my head while lying down on my back and use the thumb of the other hand to massage the shoulder and biceps area, eventually also forearm when the muscles relax. For some reason this also helps unclog sinuses.

I think be fore i start any of these stretches i want to know exactly what i have, my numbness / pain is not in my wrist it's intermitent numbness in my left fingers mainly the ring middle and index, it happens during the night most of the time, do you have a video to determine what it is? i am an avid cyclist that just got a new professional fit kit and that's when it seem to have started. great video by way and i'am subscribed now.

Thanks for the neck and shoulder exercises, but the others are impossible for me. Hands are constantly aching and swollen like balloons and everything else just seems to make it worse. Guess surgery is the only option when it's this severe. Doctors keep giving me x rays and hand exercises to do with only minor bouts of relief. Only time I ever had 'relief' over the past 25 years was active duty as a navy mechanic being too busy and terrified of being seen as weak to notice the pain. Any thoughts on acupuncture?

    FYI:
My carpal tunnel was directly related to inflammation of my body. Get rid of inflammation, get rid of carpal tunnel.
Why else would it affect both hands.
