My word is "me". I'm under lots of stress including work, home, etc. And feels like not caring or paying attention on myself. So I'd like to focus on "me". It's my word for today.
Doing bed yoga has become part of my morning routine, and kassandras yoga is so nice to follow. The mindfulness, the focussing of energy. My word was playful, everyone’s so serious these days!
My word is, “Grace”. This was perfect for me as I can’t put full weight on my arm or knee due to a fracture and tear. My pup was not having any of this, though. He wouldn’t move, so I used him as a prop!😆
Thanks for the stretch. I was so stiff. My word for today is positivity. My goal today is to try to be positive in all situations that will happen to me instead of the opposite.
This was an amazing yoga routine. I couldn't drag my ass off my bed this morning, so this routine was perfect. I felt so energised and ready to face the day right after
not a word, but a phrase, “i’m in control” i like the bed yoga videos for when i wake up with anxiety, helps me get moving and actually do yoga even tho my anxiety can be crippling
I did this stretch while on a cruise looking out the window at the ocean from my bed. It was the perfect way to wake up and stretch my muscles that were sore from the previous day of hiking. With limited floor space in my cabin, this was just perfect!
Well this was different, instead on my hard mat a soft bed, that was nice 😊May I say that you have a beautiful picture there behind your bed. thanks Kas!
I am so, so, so thankful for this one, because I have days - like today - on which I just don't have the energy to get out of bed and feel like I can't do anything. Doing this 10 min practice gave me a lot of my motivation back and now I feel like I can seize the day ahead!

I have Lupus and RA and finding gentle yoga I can do in bed to minimize pain when I get up is wonderful. You are a great teacher, not too fast, peaceful, calm voice. Your beauty shows inside and outside.
My word is content. I’m too stiff to bend like Kassandra. I wish by continuously doing this every morning I would become more flexible to do it right because it does feel good.

Weak mindedness is the word that comes out today. I want to transform myself, and this yoga class showed me all the times i was weak minded and all the damage that caused my mental. By recognizing parts of myself that i see aren't serving me i slowly begin to change them, step by step, day by day. Weak mindedness comes out and in its place comes a stronger minded me. Thank you ❤
It is very cold where I live and it's being really hard for me to leave my bed early in the morning so this yoga practice really helped me to warm my body up before getting out of bed. Thank you so much❤ my word of the they is "magnetic" ✨
This was great! Now there’s no excuse for me to not get any stretching in for the day lol. My word was “control”. My anxiety gets really bad a lot of days and even creates physical symptoms but I have to remind myself that I am in control of my life and actions. It helps bring me back to a calm state when I feel overwhelmed and out of control by other outside forces :)
My word is "peaceful". I’d never felt so peaceful and able to concentrate in yoga, and realized it was because this video didn't have background music. It seems easier for me when there's only one thing I need to focus on: such a calming voice you have. Thank you!
My word is "mindfulness". I'm travelling after just resigning from my job. Feeling a strong need to reconnect with my burnt out mind and wary body. Life has so much to offer other than work.

Love this. Especially while traveling. I don’t really like to be on floor in hotels and travel with as little as possible. But, this allows me to eliminate that and still get my yoga in. So, Thank You.

My word is "joy" with an extension to "enjoy". I'm going to enjoy this day. The weather is getting better, I have two long, hard days ahead of me at work but I'm going to enjoy them as much I can because they're also going to bring fun challenges and they will be over before I know it. And on and on and on to the next one.

My first time to try yoga in bed. I've been doing your 10-minute morning yoga movement doing round 2 and now on Day 20. Yoga in bed is easier due to the soft surface of the bed but I still would continue with the movement until its last day. I really find it rejuvenating. An additional yoga routine for me. Great class! I did it in the early evening and it is a good one to do in the evening to help wind down after your day. It helped to refresh, relax and calm my body, mind, emotions and spirit for the rest of the evening. My word of the day was Productive. 😌 Thank you for this amazing stretch in bed, and I just wanted to say how nice your bedroom looks, especially the beautiful picture hanging above your bed! 😊
First i chose energized, then thought that productive is the right one cause one leads to other. Finally i set on HAPPY. Cause i could be all the above but not feel happy. So Happy it is for today

Great class! I did it in the early evening and it is a good one to do in the evening to help wind down after your day. It helped to refresh, relax and calm my body, mind, emotions and spirit for the rest of the evening. I also think it would also be a good class to do before bed to help wind down, relax and get a good night sleep. Thank you Kassandra for all the classes you do, have done and continue to do. You are a goddess for making yoga in bed a video! I’ve always taken a puppy pose/childs pose combo in bed cause it feels so good on the mattress & done cat/cow so this is perfect!! If you do another one, could you please add ankle circles? That’s the first thing I feel when I step out of bed: my feet/ankles are cement blocks
