    I’m gonna try this. I’m 55 now and entering what my wife & I joke about called Geezer status mode. Just a joke of course. But I live in a small northern Wisconsin town where tourists come each summer. I find myself often people watching and notice people are not in shape as they’re getting older and they no longer can stand up straight. Not going to be me. I still work a hard labor gig each day. Thanks for the motivation doc.👍👊🙏

    This is absolutely amazing! I would also put in some glute medius and core exersizes as that's the muscle that supports posture from below .
    I have had years of agony from poor posture, spent a fortune at physios and this is pretty much what they taught me for free!

    I'm almost the legal age now and I think my bad posture started after I quitted the modelling agency my mom signed me up when I was 7. As a kid who's always watching TV, I got used to slouching and no one ever told me I shouldn't. Now it's so hard for me to bring back my good posture that even when I'm asleep, I tend to curl up like a baby hence why when I woke up my back hurts like hell. I always envy my friends coz they look confident with just their posture while here I am always shy and leaning forward especially when I stand. Thank you for this exercises! I actually needed this I just don't know where to start and I got no motivation 🥺❤️

    One thing I noticed after seeing a selfie on my Snapchat memories that was taken 5 years ago, is my neck was long and my adams apple was visible, which wasn’t the case anymore.. However after 4 days of following various posture videos and staying consistent (Yes I know I still have a long way to go) I’m starting to see my neck and adams apple come back to natural form. AND my jawline is looking more masculine without me even jaw training

    Beautiful! I have pain from more than 1 year in the left side of my neck. I made a x-ray and the doctor told me I have cervical artroza. I this case I can do those exercises?

    My son looks like a vulture when he stands and sits. He has neurological and psychological issues that are, perhaps, from this.
    I’ve tried taking him to an upper cervical chiropractor, NUUCA, but he stopped going. He did do these exercises, though!

    Hi Sir , I love your videos . I've watched all you video about neck and shoulder pain , even it gives some release , it does not solve my problem , I do lot of effort to eat better , rest , stretch and do sport . I was thinking if there was a possibility this pain can be due to inflammation into my gallbladder ( the area around my liver , right side of my diaphragme feels tender additionally to the right side of my neck) ? it would be great if you could make a video on that topic and how we could check ourselves about this potential problem . It seems not many doctors or chiros are aware of this ... Anyway , thanks for all what you are sharing on youtube, this is awesome . Love

      I'm having neck and pain for 4 years amd the pain is in my left side. I also feel pain and uncomfortable in my left testicle and bladder.. Does the problem in the testicle lead to pain in the neck and back?
