Ive watched a few of your videos, and im certainly impressed with the Zip & Zest that you attack these Jobs with, lets be honest the conditions are far from great, rolling around on the floor is tiring and difficult, yet every job you tackle with your expert knowledge enthusiasm & care, everything is lubed up & wiped where needed, 100% attention to detail & all the right tools with no corner cutting. I will look forward to seeing more, and I genuinely wish you a well deserved prosperous business. Im outside your area, but would happily pay extra for travelling the next time I needed a clutch.
Hi Kevin, Again thank you for sharing the video on the Golf. Well, at least rain stopped and the bolts/nuts underneath would not be rusty due to the oil leak. My God, it was like The Amoco Cadiz below deck!!🤣🤣 As always attention to detail when reassembling the unit. 👍👍👍
Real badman! Them boxes aint light i work on the ground too in my driveway i got 2 boxes to do yet again one for my daily csc leaking other for the 4wd conversion and performance clutch i have to do them at the same time because the one thats going 4wd has a a fresh clutch kit on it and im gonns throw that in the daily just gonna buy a new dmf even though its good its been in there probably since factory and its at 155k we got the daily at 100k ish You motivate me now & again when needed thank you stay safe bro 🙌
Another great video Kev. I watch to prepare myself for doing both my mk3 mondoes st220 and tdci. You've probably been asked before but why do you use rubber grease?

This has got to be one of the most annoying jobs I've seen on this channel. You had to remove the intake, air box, battery, shifter assembly, and transmission mount from the engine bay. That's on top of the 2 CV axles and the actual clutch job of course.

You should also do stem valve seal replacement service aswell. I think you can do it in 4 hours!
