Lower body strength training such as squatting helps prevent ankle sprains. The shoes you wear have little to do with it. Research Steph Curry’s early career ankle sprain history and the training he did to solve this problem
As a Nike employee I will say this shoe won’t last long due to the ZoomX. For the price point unless you are really willing to spend that much for a show I would trade it for the streakfly
race day shoes degrade more quickly than daily trainers. daily trainers are designed for medium/slower paced runs and are focused on comfort/recovery and longevity. ur not gonna be doing a marathon every other day

I prefer Vaporfly Next %2 over Alphafly, lighter can do from 5-42km, no problem for speed training & distance training 🔥
Keep in mind they only last 200-300 km vs 600-700 km for regular road running shoes, makes them even pricier
