Your enthusiasm is infectious!😂 Remember when this bike was launched and predicted it would take the world by storm because it offers what so many of us have been asking for for so long. When they developed this bike just about every aspect was obviously researched properly and ended up in the production machine. These smaller capacity bikes will save the industry if they continue to build motorcycles as good as this.
Just took one of these for a test ride this morning and I was blown away by its ease of handling and comfort. However, maybe I was overexcited by the reviews but I found the throttle control to be abysmal. I literally couldn't hold the bike at constant speeds below 80 km without it jerking on/off and this made it an awful experience. I've read about the updates and throttle cable slack adjustment but the dealer seemed to think it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately it is to me. I was also expecting the transmission to be smoother on the changes. Half an hour later I test ride a Himalayan. Obviously a different experience but I noted that the transmission was buttery smooth as was the throttle control at constant speeds. So I've got some thinking to do before I make my choice.
Thats fair mate the throttle control was bad until we did the update and adjusted the throttle cables now its buttery smooth. I also find this is getting smoother the more miles we put on it! Cheers for the comment!
