    I grow lots of organic papaya.. Eat them for breakfast. Only fruits for breakfast. So delicious with a squeeze of lime juice.

    Wwwhat helps with menstrual pain, as I sip on a homemade papaya smoothie day after my period. Speaking of this smoothie... half of a frozen papaya, half of a banana, give or so a cup of vanilla soy milk, a scoop of honey greek yogurt, and about a tablespoon of honey or so. Taste just like ice cream!
