Don't call it pancake! Your rainy day comfort: Korean Prawn Pancake (Jeon)

    'Prawn Jeon'
    (Korean prawn pancake)
    *Don't put salt for prawns as it has some saltiness itself.
    *I don't want to call it Korean pancake!

    Recipe
    1. Slice half way through 8ea prawns
    2. Season with pepper & Korean wine (You can use whatever whine wine you have at home)
    3. Coat them with flour, prepare 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk in a bowl
    4. Chop all the veggies below & another 8ea prawns , put them in another bowl,
    add 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk, flour, and potato starch
    5. Mix them well
    6. Heat a pan, drizzle enough canola oil
    7. Put the half sliced whole prawn and add filling on top
    8. Flip them around several times to make sure it's evenly cooked inside
    (take your time)
    9. Prepare dipping on the side
    10. Bon appetit 맛있게 드세요
    Ingredients
    -16ea Prawn
    -1t Cheongju (Korean clear wine)
    -Pepper
    -1t Flour
    -2 Eggs (for whole prawn)
    -3T Canola oil
    -Filling
    2 Egg
    2T Bread crumbs (depends on how thick)
    2T Potato starch (depends on how thick)
    1T Chives
    1T Spring onion
    0.5t Red chili
    0.5t Green chili
    2T Zucchini
    -Dipping
    Red chili
    Green chili
    1T Soy sauce
    1T Water
    1t Vinegar
