This is a Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki because it has the noodles in it. Great upload🎉❤ I grade it A- as a Japanese itamae. The minus is there because the noodles were not flavored, and blue seaweed, aonori was such a small amount. Cheese was not introduced to okonomuyaki until recently. This is a recent thing. Try it without cheese first. I add 3 or 4 eggs for breakfast okonomiyaki, small pieces of katsu chicken for crunch. My okonomiyaki secret sauce has a small amount of food processed riped mango and a dab of sake. Right before serving, I top it off with natto (It's an acquired taste. Beginners don't touch it. I eat it to prevent blood clots) with Japanese mustard flavor in it and a tiny portion of kimchi. (Kimchi is prebiotic and probiotic) Slivered nori. That's my workout 2nd breakfast I have after my full 30 minute floor work out, jacuzzi and ice cold plunge. I drink lemon water with it. I relax and allow the well circulating blood get to my digestive system and carry the nutrition to my body. I'm listening to alpha wave sounds. But for those that enjoy Japanese beer, Kirin Ichiban goes well with it. I don't drink alcohol beverages. Green ice tea or mugi ice tea is good too. Becareful, it's addictive. Be very mindful. You can overeat this.

I’ve been to Japan six times, once for a whole month. The best food there is the tempura, sushi, Shabu-shabu, and ‘stick-fry’. The Korean BBQ popular there is too ‘rustic’ - cow udder, raw egg atop raw roe, stomach lining, guts.

江戸川花火大会（千葉側）の出店では鉄板の上にはちゃんとしたお好み焼き見せておいて、いざ注文すると後ろから具無しのパンケーキみたいなのを出してくる。
たこ焼きも中までしっかり固まったモソモソしたたこ焼き。
花火大会に限らず東京の祭りの出店で粉もん頼むとろくな物が出てこない。
もう粉もん買わなくなったわｗ
